I hate to say it, and I may be wrong, but I think this thing is going to tank worse than the 3ds, smartphones and tablets already do everything this thing does minus the controls, which I am fully aware will be way better.
I also think sony is making a mistake making every game a re-hash of a ps3 game, I have no desire to play uncharted portable.

finally, maybe I'll be able to stomach more than 20 min of this game, the graphics were so terrible on the console version , so sub- hd, so blurry, just like gtaiv was on console, I could never really enjoy GTAIV on console becaue the terrible graphics were so distracting, the agitation and jaggies everywhere.
Now I play GTAIV all the time on pc, the mods are AMAZING, truely next gen, plus some very creative tweaks and balances have been made, I think I'm going to pic...

it only comes in one type of case, it only supports 1280x720 max native res, (usually less like some games like alan wake are only 960x540, it cannot use anti aliasing most of the time, it has no web browser, it only supports one type of harddrive. it costs an extra $60 a year to be online beyond what you pay your isp, the games run at 20-30 frames per second, you cannot use v-sync most of the time(screen tear), ...
Rage was a turd, it was hyped up to be some amazing open world experience, but it was a corridor fetchquuester with really lame cars and buggys to drive.
The pc version, while by far the best version, much better textues and no jaggies, still severely disappointed the pc crowd that made id, with the launch issues with ati, the lack of true tweaks of graphics.
On consoles many were dissappointed with the very low res textures, the terrible pop-in and the hiccups....
New xbox is coming out in about a year, Holiday 2012
it's already 6 years old, next year it will be 7 and the new xbox will be out, they will still make games for the 360 for a few years after.
There is no way they are going to leave the market free of any competition for the wii u.

Tasty cakes, looking forward to some new units to spice up the multiplayer, going on 18 months since release and I still play almost 2 matches every day!
Freaking epic game, probablly the best game to come out since oblivion and the witcher 2 and demons/darksouls.
Honestly OBlivion, Starcraft 2, Dark/Demons Souls, the Witcher 2 are like gaming Nirvana, there ain't much else you need, maybe some battlefield 3!
