See you on the killing fields.
Love the show, not sure if the game can,do it justice.
Yeah, it's not all that surprising, as its been pretty much full team ahead since the Xbox hay days.
Ah, will be good to don the 3D specs for this. There seems like there would be good opportunity besides the usual environmental depth, but also highlights of the HUD, as, afterall our Ghosts are equipped with their own specs.
Well, at least they're finally out of the shitter... and surprisingly competitively priced, which is a rarity for Game, or used to be.
Let's hope they now have a competitive edge about them.
Capcom, shmapcom, all will be forgotten as soon as Resident Evil 6 drops to infect us all.
Not quite the bots I had in mind.
I was expecting all player models in BF3 multiplayer to have gone super happy gay, and donned Adam Sandler's tux from The Wedding Singer, or something to that affect.
350,000 is more than I expected for this to be honest
Never played the original, but am certainly looking forward to this. Everything I've seen looks incredibly slick, it basically looks like what I always wanted Fable to be.
Yeah, take for example a typical game like Call of Duty or Halo, where you're only able to hold two weapons, and so switch between them with a quick press of the Y button.
So, for games, such as Skyrim where you can carry multiple weapons; sword, shield, axe, bow and arrow, on the PC these would likely be at the top end of the keyboard and require a single press of numbers 1-9, on the console you'd have to pause to assign your favourites to a button or manually equip...
I think you've missed the point entirely. The point being, Kinect's voice commands, while not 100% accurate all of the time, they are most of the time, and from release until present, things have only greatly improved.
Yes, there's shovel-ware galore for the device already, and there's even some gems amidst it all that utilise the device incredibly well, and then 'casual' aside, voice commands whilst by no means new, the implementation within Kinect c...
It's still got some kinks to be ironed out. Although hand and body gestures aside, the voice commands from experience do work remarkably well for the most part.
It might not be worth "buying" Kinect for the hardcore not to have to come out of the action to press a few buttons, but if you have the device already for the rest of your family and those casual games, then it's at least a convenient tool for the avid gamer to take advantage of, where, with contro...
I'm still holding out for the demo myself, but it still looks like relative fun, just not convinced it's anywhere near as good as it could, or should have been.
I'm all for it, found it worked incredibly well for the most part in the Mass Effect 3 demo, and am looking forward to trying it out on Skyrim when the update drops.
If it keeps gameplay flowing as opposed to action being paused temporarily as is required for the most part on console RPG/RTS games, then Kinect is certainly a worthy tool to enhance the gameplay experience... dancing and shaking your booty aside, of course.
Let's hope they are a bit more in touch with what gamers want this time.
reviewers are SW fans and perhaps expected too much from the game.
I would have thought gta v but thats a 2013 release.Black Ops 2?
Is this fact or urban legend that MS can watch you via kinect? I dont have time to read the massive terms and conditions.
I wonder how many are inpulse buys and how many get returned within a week?
Beta tomorrow, plenty of time to try this out good and proper. If we're not still left looking at the menu that is.
