3DS decline or lack of sales has nothing to do with the 3D movement. 3DS has failed due to lack of good software, poor branding, lack of features at launch and poor pricing. Maybe this can be turned around in 2012.
3D in the home suffers from a lack of content and poor pricing also, but this is changing every month.
Lame...
Well yes it is now that it has some functionality and games.
Why be concerned when you have one of the biggest franchises on the planet?
that's an obscure remark to make.
It's a popular and likeable series.
A matter of perspective surely. The save data issue is only an issue if you're bothered about unlocked data being available.
Look at the cheat device business (and cheats in general) which unlocks all extras in games as soon as you switch on. People buy these things in their droves, and companies continue to make them, so there must be a demographic of gamers who don't actually care.
These gamers will still see a used game on the shelf for a cheaper ...
How the hell do you know what I own and play? You don't, so cut the baseless trolling.
FYI I am proud to own all consoles.

L.A Noire sold how much on PS3 and how much on Xbox 360. The game had a huge budget and needed loads of sales (more than most games) to just break even.
Had LA Noire been PS3 exclusive, would they have achieved their goal looking at the PS3 sales figures?
@hellsvacancy - You sound like an investor with shares in Sony. Fair enough.

L.A. Noire proves that it can work well doing things this way, and R* are in the business of making $$$$.
At least fans can get more of the crazy humor.
Holy sh** is nowhere safe.
nice to see 1UP continuing with low scores than everyone else to get hits.
Nice blades she has there.
lol.
Nice read, thanks.
SPOILERS (heck why you reading this article if you dont want spoilers GTFO).

The soldier then went awol, and as you see in the game still lives in the war (post trau...
The war scenes were the basis of the Cole Phelps' character in the present. The war formed his resolve, turned him into this person who sought resolution from the poor decisions he made as an officer. Those scenes were the driving force behind his mentality and gave you a reason to understand why he acted the way he did.
The price cut is the most publicized gaming event at the moment and I think it will certainly help shift more units.
