I like how people forget Nintendo exists. They must have missed the "Stop used games" conference, huh?
It's not just NG4. I was just on the Xbox.com forums and people are complaining about the same things.
My question also. First, why are you announcing this? It would have been easier If he just let the information leak. The FBI can easily get his twitter account suspended or take the server. Second, why was he trying to sell this stuff on EBay where it's visual to everybody and anybody?
It might not even happen. He is being investigated by the FBI. All they have to do is get his Twitter account suspended.
I don't get how a patent for an "always on" camera that can potentially spy on people compares to a patent for in game ads. I really don't see how you can compare the two.
Jek, this is from your article.
"Does the Xbox One actually require an internet connection? Will used game buyers or sellers have to pay an extra fee? Microsoft hasn't made it clear, but a report at Polygon now claims that the answers are "yes" and "no" respectively."
This article is just more speculation. I watched someone who works at MS say that I would have to sign into my friends Xbox for him to play the game. I'll ...
Unless you go over your friend's house and sign into your account on his Xbox, your friend will have to pay a fee. There is no sharing. MS has said this.
He can't go home and try to play it on his account.
They didn't buy that many JRPGs. I can confirm this as a 360 owner and a lover of JRPGs. The amount of JRPGs on the 360 are slim. Not nearly enough to make Japanese consumers want to go out and buy one. You can play all the JRPGs that the 360 has and tons of exclusive ones on the PS3.
Mika: Don't try to bring that "the Japanese don't want to support an American product" crap up. Explain the IPhone sales?
Japanese consumers didn't bu...
"But you most likely won't"
"The majority will"
Just like the majority of PC games require you to always be online?
Get real. Just because the option is there doesn't mean everybody will want to use it.
The Japanese also don't care for the NFL.
I don't know why MS would even try in Japan. All of the Japanese devs are going to go flocking to Sony and that's where the Japanese consumers will go.
Even if they manage to get JRPGs they won't sell any systems. Look at FF 13 and 13 -2 for example. Both those games did well in Japan but hardly any of those sales were the 360 version.
Holy invasion of privacy Batman!!
Say that to the millions of Minecraft players. The creator already stated he is liking the PS4 more and more.
I never use the D pad. In games like SF It was more comfortable for me to use the analog.
Okay, let me think outside the box. MS also makes it hard for Indie devs. That means certain games won't be made as a result. But hey, Minecraft only has a couple of million players. Nobody will miss it, right?
"My only question is why are people still bringing up a used game fee when Microsoft has said that there is no used game fee"
Because Microsoft has also stated that there was one. Every person from Microsoft that is questioned has a different story to tell. I watched one of them tell an interviewer that there was one. Yet articles pop up saying that there isn't one.
What's a PS360?
The scars, the dog, the rocket science, the arm hairs, and the TV!!!!
It's funny how your comment got so many disagrees. The MS fanboys are mad.
It's mainly for the multiplayer and playing with other people. Games are are much more fun when you get to play with your friends.
