Might? Even if you don't like the Switch you can see that its gonna overtake PS4 sooner than later. Already half the amount of sales for a console that released this year.
Yeah the Zeke, Nia, Dromarch and Pyra dubs are fantastic. I really like Poppi's dub too, but I could see how people might dislike her.
Not even aware of other games besides Xenoblade 2 and Monster Hunter World demo. Surprised there is just nothing else.
I would pay $60 for a console release of a real Animal Crossing, instead I'm paying nothing for this.
Rule of Rose is just too taboo and never even got released in Europe. I doubt it will ever get a re-release, but it would be nice for those who don't wanna drop a couple hundred on a legit copy.
This list sucks right out the gate. I love Hopkins, but he's not objectively great.
Bud, Rex, Roald, Bitty, Maggie, Agnes, Tex, Jay and Angus are the "top 9". Cotton and Preservatives are scarce and necessary for a large amount of the furniture and all the tents take cotton, which are required to get animals levels higher. Paper is used for basically nothing, Steel and Wood are given by about 3/4ths the cast. Cotton givers and the two(!) preservative givers are definit...
As much as I love Xenoblade, I'd say the best JRPG series is probably SMT, as it's vast and contains multiple different types of JRPGs.
He hasn't played the game, it has tons of tutorials, to the point that they are so numerous that they are annoying.
Which is why this is proof the reviewer probably watched a youtube video of a mid-game playthrough, got confused and rated the game as such. I'm all for proper criticisms, and its easy to actually list some off (no costumes/armor appearance, lip sync, slowdown, lame designs of non-rare blades) but this is clearly making stuff up for clicks.
The problem lies within the review itself. It complains that there are lacks of tutorials, when the game throws tutorials in your face every step of the way for the first 5 hours at least. There is no way that anyone who's played the game would suggest that the game is missing tutorials, they even give you a tutorial on how the basic radar works and how a clock tells time.
"The lack of a proper tutorial in this game was also absurd."
If this isn't proof this reviewer didn't actually play the game I don't know what is. The game frontloads waaaaay too many tutorials after every cutscene and often after taking only a few steps from the last one. Like, an actual complaint I would have is that there were too many tutorials, not that there were too few.
Voice acting seems fine to me other than Rex's screams, the real problem is the horrid lip sync which plagues both languages.
Exclusives VS No exclusives. Not a hard choice.
Half-Life 3
More EA trash that'll be riddled with microtransactions.
I figured that out myself, and it works great for Rex, but not for Nia as far as I can tell (who I'll be playing as for the rest of the game probably). Also, even though the auto-attacks after the first deal more damage I don't think they are ever worth doing because you build up meter so much faster if you tap the first over and over.
Me neither. I recognized it had a TON of flaws, but I still had a lot of fun in combat chaining abilities and a few characters like Vetra and Jaal were great. Definitely worth a rent and definitely worth the $10 or whatever it was going for a few weeks ago.
The stealth, which was the primary focus of the game, was bunk. Everyone instantly knew who and where you were as soon as you got spotted by any random mook and you could never re-hide. Compare it to a good stealth game like MGS or Splinter Cell, where you are actually able to re-establish stealth even when spotted by the entire area. Lets not forget the absurdly overpowered faction that spawned hundreds of over-equipped guys or could simply one-shot you with a helicopter and spotted you from...
Avoid EA, Ubisoft and Activision games and you're usually safe.
I don't know how anyone who's played the Beta for MHW could even consider Dauntless to be a serious competitor. MHW has entire ecosystems and far better controls, weaponry, and gameplay. All Dauntless offers is a bunch of overpriced founder packs because they're aware their game is as dead as Lawbreakers once MHW releases.
