There is a load of content in the game and lots to do. Try playing the game to figure it out instead of just riding the n4g hate train.
Loved playing this game. I still come back to it every so often. Cant wait for the sequel.
The dark side and darker sides of the moon that open up after you beat it are pretty difficult

Switch Lite: ~19M units (since 2019)
Regular Switch model: ~84.8M (since 2017)
OLED model: ~7.3M (since 2021)
In what world is the Lite the most popular model? In addition, the OLED has sold faster than the Lite model in the same timeframe
You don't have good business sense, no offense
@MrNinosan
I'm not sure what your point is with any of this. We are just using these consoles as sales milestones. The PS4 was very popular, so it's an impressive milestone to outsell it.
If it was selling purely based on it's status as a handheld then the lite model would be the best selling model, but it's not. The best selling model is the base model that comes with the dock, which is $100 more mind you. Even the OLED model sells bette...

WII u + 3DS combined sold around 88-89M.
GameCube + GBA combined sold around 102-103M units
N64 and Gameboy (+GBC) sold around 140-141M units.
Switch is currently at 111M shipped official (as of four months ago) and 114 estimated sell through as of last week. With the holiday season they'll be around 120M. Then they just need around 22M units for the rest of it's life in order to beat N64 and GB. ...
IP is owned by Sega, but this one is funded exclusively by Nintendo and, like the second one, they probably hold some control of the product itself.
So, aside from getting the authorization for the IP, there was nothing Sega actually did.
It'll pass it by December of this year.

I'm not saying haptics are annoying. I'm saying if I felt vibration for every footstep it would get annoying. Good job misinterpreting what I said.
I've used the dualsense. It's great. A very comfortable controller. The haptics are up to the developer to use, and a developer absolutely can make a good thing annoying by over using it.
The console manufacturer will create contracts with companies to improve manufacturing based on potential sales. Though PS5 sold out, they likely paid extra for increased production in anticipation of demand.
Obviously they don't always want to do this, but it makes sense for some games like FIFA to solidify them as console of choice
If my controller vibrated for every step that was taken I would get annoyed. Advanced haptics are great, but there is a limit.
PSP sold over 20M and PS Vita sold about 5M.
There is a larger gap between Switch and PS5 than PS5 and XSX. Switch is at almost 27M there. PS5 is at almost 2M. XS is at 350k.
Don't mention it
I don't think there are hundreds. Maybe around a hundred or so. Also, GB and GBC shared almost the exact same hardware, just with boosted clockspeeds and more RAM. This is very similar to the 3DS and the new 3DS.
It's an iterative console with some exclusive titles, not an entirely different and new gaming platform
Clearly it's a turn of phrase. Don't let your bias get you so worked up
"graphics, performance, animation, motion capture, acting, story emotions, loading, sound, online"
Animation quality and motion capture can be done on Switch's hardware and are a component of the visuals anyway. Acting, story, and emotions have NOTHING to do with hardware. Loading is an inconvenience, yes, but doesn't degrade overall quality of a game (unless its a significant detractor). Again, you're missing the entire point and essentially suggesting...

"For me the problem of that choice from Nintendo is that portable games can't ever reach the quality of real home consoles..."
There is much more to a games overall quality than just graphics. You're selling yourself short with that logic.
Not a fan of parasite eve being the picture here since I thought that was a great game for it's time. Though I would love a remake lol.
I say, remake games that could have a significant improvement with modern technology.
