That doesn't sound like a glowing review at all lol. I think I'm just going to get Resident Evil 2 instead. It's on sale on PSN, and I have a percentage off coupon too. Should bring it to around $32. Sounds like the better deal.
I love Tom Clancy games, but after being a bit disappointed with the last few I'm growing wary.
How is the Division 2?
Yet it’s still selling incredibly well.
I was understanding of your opinion until you said they looked like early PS3 games.
Games like DarkSiders are 1080p docked and 720p undocked when, on PS3, it wasn’t even 720p (it was 648p) at 30fps.
It’s not as powerful as PS4/X1, but the Switch is able to play any PS3 game at around 2.5 times the resolution when docked.
Yeah, my only other refund was for the dlc for the last of us. I didn’t know that the remastered edition came with the left behind dlc already. They refunded it, but it took a week because they had to investigate.
The one I got after this policy went into effect was way smoother though. Took 15 minutes.
Windwaker has only been "ported" (remastered) to the Wii U. I don't understand how that is anywhere near the level of Resident Evil 4 which has been on the GC, PS2, Wii, iPhone, PC, PS3, XB360, XB1, PS4, Switch, Android, and Zeebo.
I haven’t tried getting a refund through Nintendo, but getting s refund through Sony was like pulling teeth originally.
Purchased MGS2 accidentally instead of MGS collection a week ago. Spoke with someone. They said that since I’d had a refund two years ago I wasn’t eligible. Tried again after this news broke and they were able to refund me. Store credit, but it’s something! Glad they changed their policy.
@AnthonyDavis
No way. Nintendo is the only one making a portable console. Without them gamers that like portability would be SoL.
Persona 5: Yeah, sounds great.
Kingdom Hearts HD Collection: Yep! Wonderful.
Tetris Effect: Sure! Why not?
Detroit: Become Human: Not really, these are essentially interactive movies that I wouldn't want to play anywhere but the big screen with surround sound.
Spiderman: I've no idea why you think this could happen. Even if Sony wasn't the publisher, on a technical side it simply wouldn't work.
Personally, I'd rather Y...
I'm not sure how well Kirby would do with a 3D game, given his ability to float. Agree on Donkey Kong and Yoshi though.
@jznrpg
They are excuses. The Switch version has every single feature available that the PS4 and Xbox 1 versions have plus it has portability. If you own a Switch there is literally no reason not to get the Switch version if you have the choice. Period.
@jznrpg
You have to charge all portable products, and the Switch has the largest screen of any handheld yet. If you prefer to game on the TV the Switch has that option too, where you wouldn’t even need to charge it
I’m not seeing any good reasons, just bad excuses.
@Myst
The PS4 version also has black bars. And you can play the Switch in TV mode too.
@Myst
That’s my point though. I mentioned that games aren’t unequivocally better on Switch if they must sacrifice say graphics or frame rate. This doesn’t though, so I don’t see how it isn’t better than the other two’s versions.
@Myst
Which is why on TV play is also an option on the switch.
Come on disagrees. Give me one good reason why this is better on PS4 and Xbox One.
People, it’s not only because it’s portable. It has all the features of the PS4/X1 versions AND the convenience of both on TV and off TV play.
It’s like no one bothers to read anymore.
It’s like you ignored where he talked about the resolution and added features too.
It’s both HD and has other features. Those versions were the best way to play them. This version is the best way to play now
I thought the gyro was only in the joycons too, but after further research it seems the tablet has gyro as well. This is based off of patents and Nintendo's own website for the console.
Resolution will be a big factor though. Still, the product is only $40, which isn't a bad entry fee.
