Why would they set it in LA with LA Noire also set there? I'd say this game has been in development for a good while but they probably haven't done much of the game world yet. They could have been concentrating on story, characters and the game engine. Agent and GTA V will both be out by 2013. Agent will probably come out October 2011 and GTA V October 2012.
I wouldn't agree with that. For example, the English are very self-deprecating. I don't think most countries would care. Its just a video game.
It could be set in London, Zurich, Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Berlin, Prague or even Dublin. So I wouldn't rule Europe just yet. Remember, they're going to have to leave the US with the series sometime. I know the series is known for making a parody of how dumb Americans are but there are other people to mock elsewhere.
Remember a 10 out of 10 doesn't mean perfect. It is rounded up. So the score might be 9.95. It doesn't mean there isn't anything wrong with the game, it just means that the game is so impressive overall that it deserves a very high score. Personally, I love GTAIV and think it is the best in the series. I wouldn't give it 10 out of 10. More like 9.7/10.

Kingdoms will probably be a great game, whatever genre it turns out to be. Let's face it, the 360 badly needs a good exclusive. The PS3 has so many that there is no competition anymore. You can bet that Crytek received a nice hefty payment.
I don't know about GOTY 2011. We have KZ3 and maybe even UC3 as well. Regardless, GOTY will be a PS3 exclusive :). Oh and don't forget about Demon Souls 2 and Twisted Metal!

8-10 hour games? Seriously? Have you not played all the way through a Final Fantasy game? You're not a true gamer if you haven't! So what if games last longer? How is that a bad thing if the game keeps from being too repetitive throughout? It creates better value for money. Maybe you have a ton of money but most people don't.
Even more reason to doubt that Kinect will be used with hardcore games. The more I hear about it, the more I dislike it. Shouldn't M$ not make some effort to make it look impressive or maybe it can't even be made to look impressive. Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad into Move or motion control but Move craps all over Kinect.
Forza is a great franchise no doubt and Turn 10 did a good job considering the 360's hardware limitations. However, GT5 is the King. That's not Turn 10's fault because they do try but when you're up against PD and the PS3, you don't stand a chance. That's not my opinion. That's fact!
What? A sequel to UC2? Why would Naughty Dog make a sequel to UC2? Its only one of the best games ever made. Seriously though, why do fans bother making fake crap when everybody knows UC3 is in development. UC2 is the most praised game this generation so far. UC2's success is the announcement for UC3. It is inevitable that there will be a third installment and it is inevitable that it will be awesome. Thus, a mere announcement is no good. I want a release date.
