Yeah when I seen it in EA's conference thing.. it looked like a one trick pony game on rails and certainly not worth the full price of a game. Bet sony are laughing their asses off at it because the game they shown at E3 which was sort of similar in terms of casting spells and stuff, blew this junk away.
People actually bothered to check out microsoft? After their E3 presentation, I just can't bring myself to this year.
Exactly my point, you can select which server you join for as far back as my pc gaming days remembers.. local matchmaking is an absolute joke and the fact they're actually mentioning it like it's a good feature shows what a sad sorry state console gaming is.
O whoopdeedoo.. a console game finally has something that has been around in pc gaming for as far back as i've been doing online gaming.

They certainly do need changing.. right now their only real appeal is to the teenage/young adult indie emo "expressing myself" crowd. I also want REAL facial expressions not some faggy little pointing the hand in the air with a huge spoil and awful music only a 6 year old would appreciate.
I'd take subtitles 9/10 but the metal gear voiceover cast is very very good so i'd certainly take them over subtitles. One of the most annoying things for me this gen has been the voiceovers on jrpgs. Most studios use the exact same people so when you see games with identical voices, it just completely ruins the immersion.
Me! If I ever get kinect i'll be picking this up.. it's the best game so far for it lol. But seriously, this game would make an epic drinking game... playing this drunk with your mates before a night out would make for some quality entertainment, especially if they had feminine and masculine dance settings.
Finally an fps game to look forward to that isn't call of doodie.. take that Kotick.

Snipers don't bother me too much but in a lot of cases.. they just try and get as many kills as possible and don't think for a second about placing themselves in a place to best help their team mates or supporting a flag carrier or anything.. that annoys me. Only game I can think of where i'm annoyed with snipers is BC2 hardcore mode.
If the article writer wants to make a moan about mp mechanics in games.. go make an article moaning about nooby campers especially ...
LOL this is a great stab at call of doodie and precisely why i'm getting this and giving black ops the middle finger.. simply because CAMPING DOESNT WORK.. and the ones who can make camping work are the great skillful players.. you can't just attach a heartbeat sensor, hide behind a wall then pop up to noob tube someone in this.
Can't we just say mp? Matchmaking is an absolute joke most of the time and so freaking prehistoric compared to pc gaming... 2 minutes to get into a game and then having to repeat the experience every 10 or so minutes? No thanks give me a server browser and dedicated servers any day. Still.. forge is the best feature I think or at least will be if enough of the community get to grips with it and enough people want to play custom games.
Ahaha sell more copies than mw2? Come on, did WaW sell more copies than cod4? This won't sell as much.. will probably be the top selling game on all formats this year but it certainly won't outdo mw2.
I think the idea of the controller though is to appeal to everyone and not just fable fans.. which is a bit sad really but I personally dislike Fable and I want this.
I love how people accuse anyone who is negative to Kinect of being a ps fanboy.. well I currently don't even own a 360 and play the hell out of my 360 so if anything i'm a 360 fanboy. A fanboy of good games anyway and as a loyal adopter of microsoft's console, I almost feel cheated by seeing microsoft shun me in favour of sticking all their eggs in nintendos basket. The haters are no longer just ps3 fanboys but fanboys of core games in general.
