Well, I've had that happen with me on LA Noire. It was only $10 at the time, then it got raised to $15. Wound up getting $20 credit because not only did they give me the full $15, but they mistakenly assumed that I only received $10 from the prior promotion. Amazon's fine print had said that their promotional offer "extends to all existing preorders" for LA Noire, but I don't see that for Gears 3.

That's the problem, though. Call the developers lazy, but they have to do twice as much work with vector calculations just to support both the DS3 and Move. They are going to favor DS3 in terms of QA simply because it's the standard. But if they only supported Move, then people would be like "wtf, I don't want to buy a game that makes me use this only." Pick your poison.
There's less people talking in the game probably because they're in parties. I almost never talk to others in the game that I don't know because I'm talking with real-life friends in a party.
