They better fix the online experience. The 2nd game was trash online (story mode was alright).
I have a conviction to buy Conviction.
By biased, I was referring to tunaks1 not saying anything to the ones that rave about the system. If he/she is so inclined to not accept anything bad and tells me to comment in the open zone, then anything good should be left to the open zone as well. It's unfair to criticize one side of the fence.
I've yet to play the demo, but from what the guy is saying in the video, it sounds like there's going to be a few situations where the number of NPCs will outweigh the M&E's easy kill system.
And people praising the system have every right to post in this section? Quit being biased. I'm not trolling and I didn't name-call anyone.
Wii's percentage of total (X360, PS3, Wii, PC) man hours put into gaming: <10%
because none of this motion crap will be considered good anymore.
Every company does this. It's business and helps protect profit. Jeez, anything to stay on the bandwagon and bash a company.
The wii is falling. No pun intended.
Funny, the first SC game didn't even have multiplayer. I've bought all previous SC games solely based on the singleplayer and I liked all of them. I'm getting this one (again, solely for the singleplayer).
And I still hate this motion control BS. The Wii is ruining gaming by capturing the "casual gamer" crowd. Sony and Microsoft are simply wanting to cash in too.
Both are just desperate attempts to overthrow Nintendo in the market. Oh, and the Wii motion controls suck too.
No Wiimote, no Move, no Natal! All will ruin the hardcore gaming experience.
To sum up the article: "Boohoo I don't get treated like I want to online and I feel awkward buying games."
No sh*t. Too many people in the online gaming community are pathologically insane. Nobody gets treated with respect because the ones with huge e-penises feel safe sitting in front of their TV talking through a headset. And the article claims that they get treated differently when buying games. I think that's just in their heads because they walk into a store where ...
IGN reviewed already. Gave the game a 3.5/10 I think.
3D and motion sensing control taking over gaming = GIMMICK
Motion sensing gaming = fail
I hate the Wii for its success. Too many kids kept bugging their parents for a gaming system, so they went out and got the cheapest one available to shut them up.
You're right. This motion sensing technology is a stupid gimmick to get kids to favor the console; it has nothing to do with "innovation". Kids' interests have paved the way for companies like Disney, Pixar, and Dreamworks to make hundreds of millions of dollars in the box office for on-screen trash. This trend has been noticed by the marketing campaigns in the gaming industry, so whatever a kid wants, it's going to sell. To hell with this bull $hit. Gaming is going to go down the t...
the games don't sell too well. It's hockey. Not many people in the US care for hockey. Or it may just be that I'm in the football fan side of the country. Whatever. I would never even rent these games.
I'm buying it. What the hell do I care what others think? From what I've seen, I like it.
