I wish I was a PC gamer. Just like I wish I was a Pats fan when they won those three super bowls a few years back. I'm just not a bandwagon kind of guy. I want a genuine liking to these things, but my nature just doesn't allow for it. Hard to explain.
I used a flashed hard drive from china. It works just fine. It cost me a little less than $50 on dealextreme. I'm sure the more tech savvy could buy a cheaper hdd and flash it themselves.
A little fallacious coming from a guy calling someone hypocritical.
I don't agree with that reasoning. It's like saying the best person in the world is the one without BO.
It'll be PS4 elsewhere. They'll name it something else for the Japanese market. I don't see why they couldn't. I seem to recall the NES and the Famicom being the same thing.
I'm pretty sure it's about the same. You've obviously never played it.
Damn, you're poor.
The guy is autistic. He has a history of filing frivolous lawsuits against big name companies. He probably thinks it's a game or the best way to make money. He needs to be institutionalized because he obviously can't function without compulsively attempting to exploit the American legal system.
TERRIBLE. I hated that it would wipe away the install for the act you previously played and you'd have to wait there a few minutes. Switching discs would be a faster option. Nitrowolf is right that it would be better as a one time thing with segments.
@cgoodno
I wish I had a third bubble! That isn't the limit of the disc itself, though. The read time on the optical lens is slow. Faster Blu-Ray drives are already on the market. PS4 should have an even faster o...
@zeddy
you still have to swap discs if you install on a 360. I had to with LA Noire.
ha, that made me lol... cuz it's true. bubs+
That's not worse. People that were fans from the beginning just have a nostalgic preference and simply think it's worse. The first comparison with the camcorder scene does sound better on the original only because it actually sounds like it's on old footage.
It's like all the old Megadeth fans complaining that the remastered CDs sound like shit when in reality it is what Dave Mustaine intended it to sound like.
I doubt the same kind of jump will happen elsewhere around the world. That's nearly a 5000% increase.
I think the number of other AAA titles coming out around the same time is also a huge factor. Uncharted 3, Skyrim, and Arkham City are the ones I can think of.
The article also mentioned Resistance 3 (and Madden pfft). I almost forgot about Battlefield 3. Yeah, it does look like the choices are abundant. MW3 is simply the least appealing choice.
The Splinter Cell Trilogy has to be coming to the 360. Come on, Ubi! Konami gets it!
I'm pretty sure alienware rips you off.
This is not surprising to me. The same thing happened to my cousin a few years ago. While the charges to his card were dropped, he somehow was able to keep the points.
Such a misleading title. It's all guesswork.
He's saying this strictly from a programming standpoint. The 360's ISA is most likely close to that of your common x86 PC.
I don't game simply because I have nothing else to do. It's not a last resort for entertainment. Developers know that in the market for smart phones, nongamers are the bulk of the audience, so minimal effort is put into games that are designed for a phone. It's not going to kill handhelds. Sorry.
