It's a situation where it can be successful but you know they'll need more money than they can get from kick starter to really bring it to a wide audience. So it's nice that they have some funding now. But, you just have this bad feeling because it's Facebook.
So yay they have funding but oh no Facebook bought them... I'm not really sure if they're better off now or not.
I got ESO and was pretty disappointed with it.
-Dupe bugs killed the economy
-Mounts are excessively expensive to force you to get a CE
-Bots run rampant it's common to see 15 camping a mini dungeon boss making it impossible to get loot
-Uninspired theme part quests that are often broken
-People selling werewolf/vampire bites
-Every dungeon is a square... seriously... well 99% of them.
-The UI is horrible, you'll have to...
Is this a list of games that have 5 dungeons and just flip around the starting positions in hopes you don't notice it's the same dungeon you've been in 20 times? If so they should put elder scrolls online in that list, but they don't really flip around the map it's just always a square.
Some people call me the mage cowboy
I'm glad that they finally realized that finding neat treasure was an integral part of a treasure hunting game.
WTF is wrong with that bear, it looks like a bear rug that came to life for some reason. Were there any FF games where u fight a bear rug?
"Titanfall is the sex"
Truly a title that begs to be clicked just to see how bad someone can be at pretending to be a journalist.
@Mike
My comment had nothing to do with xbox or playstation really. It was more about how putting wood patterns on a machine or car was a popular design in the 1980s.
Welcome to the 1980s.
I do believe you've misinterpreted what the article is about. The quote in the title is "We're very dedicated to that space" which is referring to pc gaming of course. But, space is empty and void of substance and their recent dedication to keeping it that way really shows.
In truth this policy has been really great, imagine if they actually tried... we'd still be stuck with Games for Windows Live.
How's the mic on the PC? I had bought the ps3 wireless headset and the damn thing wouldn't let me adjust my mic volume on pc and nobody could ever hear me. As a result I could only use them on the ps3 and I would have just bought a different headset had I known.
As excited as I am about this game looking at that article it sounds like they're selling the dual-audio dlc as a pre-order bonus which is a shame. I think they should have come up with a different pre-order incentive and just had the entire game dual-audio.
But will it be able to beat the competition of all those other upcoming isometric rpgs like....... and....... don't forget......
And here I thought an RPG about curry would have ranked higher.
Dragon Age 2 is argument enough.
They'll change their minds once they play it.
Hoping for something good.
Expecting something bad.
Some journalists aspired to inform the public of important world events. Gaming journalists aspire to tell you what 12/yo Timmy anonymously said in what is the equivalent of a YouTube comment.
From what I've seen about this story they weren't really complaining she was a woman. They were worried because she's a feminist and went on the forum complaining about them needing to change the characters to be female and then the company hired her as a community manager. Which is fine, but she tweeted that she was designing the robots all day which made many of the kick starter investors worried again.
The company however said she isn't really doing tha...
I would like to see the correlation between the decline in jrpgs and the advancement of boob physics. My theory is that they've given up on trying to make stories for their games and have just gone 100% for boob physics.
