I wouldn't be that optimistic, 4k 60 FPS on many new games requires a GPU with more than 8 teraflops paired with a high end i7 CPU (often overclocked).

I think Bioshock 2 has better gameplay than the original. However it's plot is not as good and the mp was unnecessary.
It will likely be on steam and deals with gold for 9.99 in a few months. MS,missed up this game by launching it in the fall. ReCore looks like it should of been delayed to February 2017.
I fully agree with balance, many shooters now days aren't well balanced. Devs instead of focusing on balance,focus on unlocks,progression, and skill gap compression.

I've played both Rise of The Tomb Raider (XB1) and Uncharted 4, and the latter looks better, but not vastly, the two are pretty comparable in my opinion.

I wouldn't expect a huge graphical difference between Scorpio/Pro and their vanilla counterparts do to diminishing returns. Outside of res/FPS, I expect AA, lighting and shadows to see the most gains, but overall graphics will be similar.
I can just imagine how imbalanced this game will be. Lots of Microtransactions, not only skins and weapons, but parts of guns.

Stupid statement, the game is talked about a lot and being actively promoted. The article is written by a forbes.com journalist, so it makes sense for the author to be 'out of touch' with the gaming community.
I watched several reviews, many liked the gameplay, but many reviewers were very vocal against the games technical aspects. It's a shame, if it weren't for the technical issues, the game would likely would be scoring in the 70s. I might still get this game, once it drops in price, since it looks like the IP deserves another chance.
From the reviews I've watched, the general opinion of the game is that the gameplay of ReCore is fine, but the technical aspects are subpar (if not unacceptable). If it wasn't for the marginalized budget the game would of likely been much more technically adequate and gotten higher scores. It's to bad MS gimped the budget, forced a PC version and didn't allow for more dev time.
Various Unity Engines games (including Ori initially ) had framerates issues. Oddworld New and Tasty had the worst framerate throttling of any game I've played this gen and PS4 version of BroForce also ran like crap. Unity games frequently have issues on consoles, even when they look undemanding graphically.
This is a real shame. Why did Microsoft not invest more into the game, it used the crappy unity engine and obviously has a marginal budget. Some people praise Phil Spencer, but it is becoming more obvious that he really isn't investing into non heavy hitter games as much as he states.

LOL, Hello Games lied about the content of the game,they also sold it at a AAA price.
When PS exclusives get bad reviews, "the review scores don't matter" or the game is being "smeared by the media". I might try ReCore in a few months when I can get it for cheaper and the game has been patched up on XB1.
