In no way is Agent Under Fire better than Nightfire. From Russia with Love, Agent Under Fire and Blood Stone are all generally considered worse than Nightfire.
Phil Spencer wasn't the head of Xbox during the planning and release of Kinect only consoles. The Kinect is Don Mattrick's baby, a baby that Phil adopted and largely ignores, (since no cares about it), the motion control fad has died. I like Phil, he is better than Don Mattrick, but he has a bad habit of over promising and teasing titles that never materialize.
A game should never get a score of under 5/10 unless it is 'broken' or essentially unplayable due to terrible design or controls. Clickbait reviews are just another low point of modern gaming "journalism". Journalist that write clickbait reviews (or in some cases "review" games they have never played), should really think about the fact they maybe hurting a studio by falsely spreading negativity.

The cloud doesn't make the console stronger, the cloud assists the console in online calculations. In Halo 5 Warzone and Titanfall the a.i are calculated by the cloud rather than an individual console.
This franchise doesn't need saving; even if the sales of Infinity Warfare are half that of Black Ops 3, it would likely still be a financially successful title. The COD series is subjectively declining in quality, and the franchise is likely suffering from fatigue due to annual releases for 9 years straight.
