If I can recall Digitalfoundry used Hitman as a performance test for the vanilla PS4 and XB1. Hitman ran at native 1080p and 30fps unlocked on both consoles with the same assets.

Halo Wars 2 has two separate art styles though, a brighter cartoonier gameplay art style and a darker cinematic direction more inline with Halo: Reach to 5.
Halo 5 mp is not twitch based. Kill times are way longer in Halo 5 than in COD. Halo 5 has equal starts, weapons/power ups on map and no perks.

The Heroes for the maps don't even match the eras. Time traveling Rey gets to fight on Naboo, against Droids during the Clone Wars.....
The Doom and Tomb Raider reboots were great in my opinion. Call of Duty in no way shape or form got a reboot. I would like to see Perfect Dark get a reboot as a "modernized goldeneye-esque shooter", similar to how Doom combined modern and old school fps design concepts.

Not really, pretty good game. Solid singleplayer and multiplayer. Only part I didn’t like was when you fought the brain dead human enemies. Resistance 3, reminded me of Half-Life 2. I heard the portables Resistance game was straight junk though....
EA Battlefront 2’s reception goes both ways. Some reviewers, especially ones who released early reviews of Battlefront 2, essentially gave the game free points for being Star Wars. The game’s metacritic score started to drop post launch with more critical reviews, that more deeply analysed the game. Rather than “here is a Star Wars Shooters, pretty graphics , has story, there aren’t any others, 9 out of 10”
I am not going to 100 % agree. I do think games often benefit from better character development. But story and character development don’t need to be heavy. Bethesda Doom 2016, has very light story, but you could find extra lore within the game. Halo 4, had a character focused story that worked well, while other shooters have event focused story. Bioshock was also story heavy shooter like wolfenstein, but it had few cutscenes. The worse story to me is bad story, with lots of character develop...
I personally think SC:Brood War is better than Warcraft 3, but they’re both top tier.
Loot boxes are just like lotto, slots and scratch tickets, except with a guaranteed prize. A percentage of gamers with obsessive, impulsive, or addictive personalities will casually buy loot boxes without noticing the accumulated cost. But unlike lotto, scratch and slots, what people “win” from a loot box is entirely superficial, their “winnings” won’t meanfully change their lives ever!
Dead Space 3 was in my opinion a good game. It just wasn’t scary, and the human vs human combat felt unnecessary. I loved building my own weapons, but ammo was too easy to manage. Issac went from a slow moving engineer to a hardened soldier in a game that at times felt like a cheap 3rd person shooter.
Bungies old Halo design's were low poly by modern standards. It was Halo: Reach that introduced more elaborate designs, due to higher poly counts.
