I think Scalebound cancelation had to also do with Platnium not properly investing resources into the title. The development of the game just seems fishy, but what do I know? However, Scalebound is dead and gone for now.

I played all 3 Dark Souls games and Bloodborne. I personally think Dark Souls 2 is the weakest game of the “souls series”, the bosses were large easy and fighting large mobs was tedious.

I found Jak and Daxter to be a "bare-boned" platformer when compared to Super Mario 64 and the Banjo games.

Nope,not as long as EA is involved. EA choices profit over quality. EA doesn't care if MTs destroy the progression and balance of their mp games, look at Battlefront 2. Also, EA,doesn't have much faith in single player games, they canceled Visceral's Star Wars game for being a linear singleplayer title. EA has a studio fit for RPG development. However, EA has forced BioWare to alter their development practices, even if it diminishes the quality of the game the studio is creating...
Jade Empire is owned by EA, while Panzer Dragoon is owned by Sega. I would love for MS to revive some of their old IPs via new AA to AAA releases, but the company hasn't shown any significant interest in doing so.

I think games should be shown 1 year from their projected release date.However, sometimes I like the company's teasing us a little. Microsoft PR post E3 2017, may have benefited from the company announcing some titles slated for late 2018 or even 2019. That is assuming MS has several non-"big 3 titles" that aren't announced.

You are correct, full development of TLOU 2 started after the release of Uncharted: Lost Legacy. I wouldn’t expect TLOU 2 to be released until late 2019 or even 2020.
