Agreed. That is the truth.
Most casual gamers just think it is "smoother" but doesn't really mind if it was 30fps. They associate it more with latency, not graphic fidelity.
I personally can play either way, my preference is 60fps. But playing something like Uncharted, I don't seem to mind one bit that it is 30fps. Would I like it to be 60fps? Sure, but its not so I live with it.

Three things wrong with this review.
1. Boobies are obviously intentional. Put those damn things away.
2. Reviewing an old game that is generally negatively received.
3. Reviewing an old game that is generally negatively received with dumbed down 360 version.
That proves you didn't play the game or even watch the TV series.
What makes the walking dead so popular on all fronts is the character development. Sure there might be a few boring ones here and there, but overall the series have some great realistic characters. It shows the type of crazy things people do to survive. The message I got from the whole thing is to fear the living more than fearing the dead.
Same here my personal GOTY for a number of reasons. 1. It's actually a good game and I was addicted 2. I didn't expect number 1.
My runner up would be The Walking Dead games.

4GB was the minimum for PCs 4-5 years ago. Fast forward to today, 4GB is still the minimum and much more isn't really needed unless you have a crap ton of background apps.

This article is blasphemy, The PS4 and Xbox 720 need to have at least 128 Terabytes of RAM to be relevant. It also needs to have 7.5GHz CPUs under LN2 and a GTX 990 that has 512 million CUDA cores!!!
And they need to make sure it stays below $299 or else like the article writer I'm not buying it!!!
I've learned not to be an early adopter anymore. The PS3 taught me that.
I will wait at least a year. Cheaper systems with more features and cheaper and bigger library of games. That and probably will wait until a franchise I want to play it on comes out on it first. Here's hoping for Uncharted 4.

I'm thinking XGamer is pointing out that it is a Reveal and not an announcement. An announcement is typically associated with written press, usually from the publisher. Reveals is when they show something without any confirmation.
But honestly, at this point with all the evidence. It's pretty conclusive this is something to do with Metal Gear. The real question is if it truly will be MGS5 or MGSVita or MGSWiiU.
