I agree, this is my personal GOTY. It has pretty much everything and does it all pretty well. Awesome huge and designed open world, interesting story, good shooting mechanics, good controls, awesome stealth elements, RPG elements, and more and more and more! I didn't think I would like this game so much.

This is one of those lame articles that attempt to appear smart using terms that float around the internet based on rumors and NOT FACTS. And come on, it's Jargon not Jargin!
Yup the article writer is using some pretty dated hardware and is expecting it to run flawless? And to top it off he's running a GTX295 which is Dual-GPU. EVERYBODY knows that if you want the SMOOTHEST experience you have to run the most powerful single card single GPU you can. I'm not saying it has to be a GTX 680 or Radeon 7970, but even a single GTX 480 or something would run circles on most games.

AC2, AC Brotherhood, and AC Revelations runs 60fps locked for me.
AC3 also runs buttery smooth for me too.
Memory speed is only one aspect of a system though. It also depends how developers will code around it. But at LEAST it has 2GB which is decent.
I don't think its exactly "Laziness" but really because its what the name suggests, a "Port." When you port from one set to another without building from the ground up, it will never be like the original. There are a FEW cases that porting over from another console actually benefited, but in most cases I don't see it.
So its no surprise that ports to the Wii U will be like this.
