and I stress for me ... I prefer shorter games for $40.00 (no time to play). If its going to be $60.00, it has to be worth the price of admission. I really don't mind paying $60.000 for Uncharted but I did mind paying that for Heavenly Sword.
I think vid chat during play is cool but let's start small. If vid chat is implemented I think sound chat would also be an option.
I'll approve this story but lets make one thing clear ... their recent track record of next-gen titles is sub par
"Although the company has developed a few full 360 games in the form of (the admittedly dire) Bomberman Act: Zero, Fuzion Frenzy 2 and JRPG Far East of Eden, its focus has predominantly lay with the Wii and DS."
gametrailers work? don't have fw 2.4 yet ....
Would you really get GRID if it had trophy support knowing that Burnout and Gran Tursimo are viable alternatives? There are plenty of quality racers of the PS3. I'm not too concerned about retro active support. I am more concerned about support for new games.
all these plus a price drop ... doesn't have to be a significant one.
I'm not sure if you've been playing the DS games but they've taken a page out of the SOTN script. I would love an HD Castlevania in 2D. I can't blame them for trying something new. DC versus Mortal Kombat is evidence of this 'developer exploration'.

you sir are a proud 360 owner!

Think about it though Kat .. good to debate with you again. Firmware issues can be resolved. Changing Discs and the limitation with DVD9 can not. I do agree that two discs is no big deal. Even 4 discs are no big deal. Whats the breaking point? 6, 8, 10 discs? When looking at the opposite end of the spectrum, I do agree that HD installations are getting a little out of hand. While I do see the benefit, its become a standard for some of the more high profile games. I hope that future P...
joo-see.com?
No comment ... ok maybe one
I hate to discredit sites but I think this author is being a bit too doom and gloom about it and this just set the tone for the whole article ...
"Quite frankly, to date, Sony have failed."
I see where you are coming from ...
How about you message me through your PS3 and let me know what you think of it? Better yet, send me an invitation. We can voice chat and I can settle you down.
let me know buddy ....
I think Sony has a bit more than demos on their mind this week. 2.4 needs to get sorted out.
thanks for the title update!
I don't have a problem with XBL Marketplace. I think its time for an update however. The original PSN store was a launch solution. It got the content out there for the first year+ of the PS3. It needed a scalable solution which is what we see in the current PSN store. This is what I feel Microsoft needs to do with XBL MP.
I can dig the retro but its not the best way to sell Wiiware ... isn't that why Nintendo has Virtual Console?
Anything that relates to PS firmware should be double checked on the official PS Blogs before being approved.
green ... its good to argue with you again after a long hiatus from N4G. I don't think you got the point. I was pointing out the hypocritical nature of the writer who points out an arguable 'diss' by Lempel and then proceeds to 'diss' the PS firmware at the end. This makes his article and point null, void, insignificant, worthless, and his journalism questionable
.
16:9 widescreen support w/ online co-op please!
they don't look like that in-game... like every shot that is output from Halo, its high resolution screen grabs that are then resized.
I really am sorry for the lack of content in the European market place. You can ...
1. Get an American account
2. Complain to the EU about localization policy
There is a reason why content is slow to EU compared to America.
