My brother went and got it yesterday, to my surprise some key vets aren't even in the game...=/ still fun i guess but yeah this launch is a bit rushed and disappointing.
Capcom goes from one goofball decision to the next. Why not just release the full game when it's actually ready? We already know there will be different versions of the game down the line so so why go this route?
Yeah but they won't have the raw power of a PC ..won't have the secure and robust network of the Xbox one..each platform has a caveat to it
It's a cheaper entry point. PCs are great because everything can be updated as new chips and graphics cards etc come out. These things aren't cheap.
Honestly I'm tired of this talk to. We can just as easily ask what's the point in owning a ps4 when it comes to power, when PCs are more powerful.
Each platform has its pro's and con's so who cares? Play what you like on the platform you like.
i have the beta...it's ummm, it's terrible. I liked the original homefront game for it's story and similarly, this one has a promising story so I'll get it. But man, it's terrible.
A decent gaming rig costs more than a console, A great gaming rig is even more pricier so the need for a console increases. Heck I was pricing graphics cards just for work purposes and those are easily $200+. So this argument is a moot point. I think we're also forgetting how MS is going to to push cross-platform play between X11 and PC. Us as gamers wanted that for years now all of a sudden it's a problem for PC and Console to have the same games?
It's really a win-win. X1 owners get the PC version free. The game continues to impress and I don't mind x1 exclusives coming to PC as it gives more people a chance to play.

if you go in knowing what the game is about and how it operates yet still find issues about those things...there's a problem with you, not the game. I think it will be a great game, the small taste of the beta was amazing to me even in the dark zone.

second best? as far as sales, sure, but as a console choice is relative to what the consumer wants.
so far sony has had a leg up with exclusives according to what i like in games, but this console generation is still just getting started. if ms can bring out some more stellar console exclusives maybe it would appeal to more people.

it's pretty cool, my only gripe is that the shooting can feel either too stiff or too loose at times.
Did you try matchmaking? I did the story mission via matchmaking and it was pretty cool except the one guy AFKing
You think very few are excited for an xbox exclusive? This game looks fantastic. The delays have been worth it.

that's terrible considering SFV and The Order exclusives, Sony was the lead platform for Destiny.
I know they have no control over third party developed games but you'd think they'd want better content considering they are the crown jewel this generation.
R6 it was expected a long time ago after they changed directions from Patriots. Star Wars was a money grab. I can't speak on Godzilla, haven't played that.
