as long as the only difference between the 40gb and 80gb is the hard drive size then this will be a great move indeed. i hope they do this and make the 40gb silver with a rumble six-axis.
hopefully this will see a 40gb ps3 in Europe/UK with a price of £299, this would start the masses finally buying the system imo
Love this type of game, i hope it comes to the ps3 at some stage
I love my Japanese Dreamcast a great console sadly overlooked by some developers mainly EA, i love SFIII Third Strike and Cosmic smash.
I still have mine hooked up to my plasma and sometimes give Rez a blast, some classic 2d shooters/fighters
Nasim your an embarrassment to the ps3 owners community which i am a proud member of but idiots like you make me sad.
The UK magazine EDGE has not yet reviewed LAIR, that will be in the next issue which goes on sale on the 27th of september.
I can also guarantee they will not give Lair a 9, as the US version stands at this current time it will be lucky to get a 6
(i own the US version by the way)
and for the last time the 360 is doing very well in the UK for heaven...

your opinion and you are entitled to it but surely you cannot make such a claim or assumption as both are not released/finished so your opinion in this case doesn't really matter or hold any relevance
My opinion of Bioshock is a solid nine, it looks stunning maxed out on my pc with AA and AF both at x16 as it should. It's however not dragging me away from Warhawk atm but i do intend to play it more and complete it, patience is a virtue and a few weeks won't stop Bioshock being ...
Your in my ignore list for your inept ill informed and blinkered posts, you clearly have no clue about anything.
do not comment about the UK and how X is selling better than Y "YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKIN ABOUT" i don't need to post that tho as every single poster on this forum knows it.
I live in the UK and am an avid gamer and visit gamestores like Game, Gamestation frequently, i game on a ps3 and a pc.
So even tho i do not own a 360 i am not ...
sorry i have to disagree with you on that, i absolutely hate Motorstorm i just can't get along with it. I am not denying it's quality but it's just not for me, however i loved the demo of dirt so i will be getting it for my ps3 on day of release next friday
personal choice
if indeed we do get a FF VII remake i have no doubt it would sell millions and be a certain system seller.
however are we forgetting one thing, it being a remake doesn't actually mean all those that bought and loved the game on the ps1 will want to do it again.
I am sure plenty would and there are plenty that haven't experienced it but some are just assuming that joe bloggs who played the game ten years ago will go out and buy a ps3 to play it again, we are a very small minority...
what is it with some people do they honestly think the USA is the only country in the world or the only country that has gamers who buy consoles.
Seriously do you live on another planet to the rest of us ???
open your eyes and you might see a bigger picture
UT is a massive franchise on the pc and will sell hundreds of thousands of copies, i also expect it will do rather well on the ps3
you prove your ignorance as it's called Football
what do you actually know about the Beautiful Game
Beckham was regarded as one of, if not the best midfield player in world football not so long ago, however he is still idolized the world over and paid millions for his services. so in the USA where the term superstar seems to be aimed at certain sportsman (who the rest of the world have never heard of besides Tiger Woods) that earn far to much money, in that cont...
i live in the uk and i also have all those demo's but thats not the point is it, i shouldn't have to open a US account to get the content you have listed, obviously they all work as we all know the ps3 game wise is region free.
We all know it's not as easy as just sticking a US demo on the psn, the European store has to cater for many languages not just English and all the licensing etc, thats the problem being linked to Europe for us UK gamers, same goes for game releases.

are they the only two games out on the system ??
i have it for my pc and on full settings looks jaw dropingly good, a stunning story high production values and a game made by developers who care and have delivered one of the best games of recent years
i would love to see it on the ps3 as games like this should be experienced by all hardware owners irrespective of which one they own.
don't compare this to Halo or Haze for gods sake people take your blinkers or rose tinted glasses off Bioshock is stunning live with it
...
you clearly have no clue, i suggest research before posting such comments
i couldn't agree less
F.E.A.R when released back in 05 was a stunning title on the pc with superb AI, i don't think it was meant to be scary it's a bit like Condemned on the 360 or the film Blair Witch Project, they are all tense edge of your seat not scary.
Each to there own tho but for me it was/is a superb title which got better the farther you got into it.
Both console versions are a shadow of the pc version tho
such sad news still brings out the fools
my thoughts are with you and your family cancer can be beaten, good luck with the fight
one in three of us will get cancer in some form or another during our lifetime, best not tempt fate with such inappropriate and downrigh sick comments
you should be banned
it's because some people develop an unhealthy allegiance to a console and take it upon themselves to defend it like it was a family member or loved one, we all share the same love which is "gaming" not hardware ownership sadly some cannot grasp that and pounce upon the slightest bit of negative or bad press regarding what is to them the enemy.
it is sad and very blinkered, sadly fanboys as they seem to be called cannot grasp the fact that a good game is a good game ir...
this deal and a price cut to £349 in the UK would be good but i won't hold my breath
this is a day one buy for me, i absolutely love the look of this game,
now for a Jack and Daxter ps3 outing
