Personally, I'd rather just say it's a tie. Both games are equally great, but if I HAD to choose one I think I'd go with FFVI.
"Why do you feel the need to ask questions you'd ask a developer to a bunch of people that know nothing about it?"
If you guys know nothing about it, then why are you hyping it? From the looks of video, it's very limited and hard to control precisely. All it shows is the guy basically moving around. No shooting, no nothing. Just moving around. I doubt it's even real though.
And like I've said before, if you're so hyped up about motion controls (either Natal or...
From what I've heard, the game picks up after a few hours. It's very linear at the beginning but apperently the game starts opening more once you get farther in. I haven't played it myself so I can't say if that's accurate or not.
Demon's Soul was, imo, the best sleeper hit this year. It didn't sell millions, but it sold well above expectations and received glowing reviews.
I hope something like Demon's Soul comes out next year. Good choices though. My personal favorite is Red Dead Redemption. It's looking fantastic.
Especially when they don't work properly. How are you supposed to play a game without the most important thing?
Looks fake to me. And if it IS real it looks really boring. I mean, why would I choose to move my hands around instead of simply getting a gamepad? It looks too basic, like you can't really do much. Anyways, like I said, the thing looks fake.
Halo 3 is fun, but I wouldn't put it at number 1. There a lot of other much better games on the 360.
I agree with most of the list. The only thing is I'd put MGS4 at #1 followed by UC2. UC2 is great but I still feel MGS4 is the best PS3 exclusive I've played this gen. That's just my opinion though.
Lost Odyssey should be added there. I just finished disk 1 and so far it's a very great game. The only real problem is the loading times, but other than that I think the game was very underrated.
I already did.
It doesn't look that great.
The next price drop will probably be like in 2011. Sony is going to keep their moment with big AAA heavy hitters next year, especially GT5. A price drop won't be needed.
It looks good enough. The only way they'd get it to look better is by remaking the whole thing which is not their goal. It's a short video, but from the looks of it Rare is doing just fine.
People are too paranoid on this site.
The PS3 won 2008 for me, destroyed the competition in 2009 and seems like they'll continue their winning streak with 2010.
YES, the 360 does have a lot more games next year BUT the PS3's lineup of true exclusives is just bigger, more varied, and overall better (again, MY opinion).
People laughed when Sony stated the 13 million goal and claimed they wouldn't even be able to outsell the 360. Well, here we are a few months later and the PS3 is destroying the 360. I'm sure they'll reach 13 million for the fiscal year in no time.
Are you serious? Why don't you talk about exclusives instead of a PORT of a MULTIPLAT? Oh, that's right, becuase KZ2, Uc2, GOWIII and Heavy Rain look light years ahead of anything on the 360. If you want TRULY next generation games you need a PS3.
Yea, I don't think they would mix very well. Anyways, has there been any new info on Jaffe's new game yet?
I'm sorry, but the arguments made by 360 fans are just plain dumb. The only thing they use is sales, sales, sales AND they ONLY use NA sales not world wide (you now since NA= world right/s). It's just plain silly and that is why it's so easy to "own" them.
I've never played Dead or Alive on the 360 and I have yet to get Forza 3. Once I get Forza and play it through I'll see how good it is. I only wanted to put games on the list that I've already played. Anyways, is Dead or Alive good? It's pretty cheap this days so I might give it a try, but one question. Does the D-pad ruin it or is it fine?
