By the time they do play RFOM, it is way outdated. It was outdate by the time it came out.
The one blemish for Insomniac. I love all their games.
And there are way better games than RFOM on the PS3.
LBP, Valkyria Chronicles, WIpeout HD, R2, Ratchet and Clank, Demon's Souls, MLB THe Show 09, Flower, Comet Crash etc...

I'm sorry but that is hard to believe. Weapon Wheel? You act like it was something new. While I did prefer it, I didnt kill myself that it didnt have it.
RFOM was just boring.....The big action sequences were fun, but other than that, it was terrible to be honest. Generic, repetitive, no enemy variety etc..
Multiplayer was pretty good though
But like I said, Crysis, Half Life, FEAR, COD4 blow RFOM away
Honestly, 98% of RFOM have not played that many FPS games in their life.
It's gameplay is something from say 2002.
FPS games were way better. Hell, games like The Orange Box, Crysis and Call of Duty 4 came out a just one year after.
Resistance 2 was a great game. THe single player campaign was a bit disappointing but the co-op and online were amazing.

I have a question. Why are you judging a game you have yet to play or even read the actual review?
It doesn't play like any other rail shooter out there. It is probably the most polished rail shooter I've ever played, and it isn't like those lame Resident Evil rail shooters. It has the dead space style of gameplay.

I'm sorry didn't they take new risks in new IPs like Mirror's Edge? Dead Space? Boom Blox? Skate? EA has been incredible this gen. Everyone has that same stupid mentality that they think nobody can change.

Here is a PC dev who is trying so hard for PC consumers by condemning DRM and SecuROM and making a bill of rights.

Reasons why it failed:
Number one reason: DotA Elitists constantly bashed the game, pirated it to hell and back.
2. Because of the pirates and Gamestop's early release, the online got screwed over, and then poor reviews came out and they never fixed it when it got patched.
Seriously though, this is just as good as a game as Sins of a Solar Empire. The only difference is that Sins wasn't competing with the worst community in gaming.

Should I get this first? Or Titan Quest Gold first?
