oh ya and the console versions were terrible. Sure the graphics were done well, and the controls weren't terrible, but I bought the game for my PS3 and PC, and they feel completely different.

See, the thing with Far Cry 2 is that the game is unscripted. Meaning you have to plan out your attacks, play however you want to play, and experiment around. It isn't like COD4 where they shove the campaign down your throat and force you to play however IW wants you to play it. You can do a mission however you want in Far Cry 2, and I feel like everyone missed this idea because open world...

The entire story in Mass Effect felt just so....generic. Like it was ripped straight from Star Trek and Lovecraft.
The RPG elements were poorly fleshed out. The combat was entertaining, and the cut scenes and cinematics were phenomenal.
But I hated how blatant the be good or be evil was. That is why I prefer Dragon Age over Mass Eff...

Mass Effect on the other hand was disappointing. Generic story to be honest. Complete rip-off of Lovecraft and Star Trek.

I loved FEAR 1 to death. Still my favorite game of all time. Up there with System Shock 2 for me.
Aboslutely hated FEAR 2. They mainstream'd the game. They made it slower, took out leaning, made the game ridiculously easy, it just got boring. It wasn't nearly as intense as the first game.
