I am not so sure if PSVR is capable of delivering a true VR experience. I feel PSVR would truly shine if it comes to PC and be more like Samsung Gear VR on PS4. The PS4 is too weak hardware wise to withstand VR technology. I say Sony brings its VR headset to PC, to have a fighting chance against the Oculus and the Vive. It will be hilarious to see smartphones coming with a far better VR experience than consoles...
That's my favorite genre (horror) love to scare the shit out of me.
Rare well detailed informative article.
The grammar of this article was horrible. I still stand that the videogame industry would be better off, if it got out of corporate. Right now game developers must please investors and shareholders (who end up with most of the 💰 from the game made by the developer) not the gamer. ..........
Get a PC, the console hardware is done and buried. Is ridiculous to think consoles will be able to run 4K gaming and also shorter console cycles equals consoles costing as much as a gaming PC destroying the console advantage of affordability
I hope it stays as a rumour, an upgradeable hardware console destroys one major advantage consoles have which is affordability. Think about it, buying a better version of PS4 every two years for $100-$200.00 (upgrade not new console price) will it be cheaper than PC. The answer is a resounding no.
I am looking at Kingdom Come Deliverance to run at 900p/30 frames per second on PS4 and 600p/30 frames per second on Xbox One with low PC settings. No Man's Sky, I really don't see it performing well on the PS4. So you are absolutely right, these consoles are outdated
A major big budget PC exclusive, most likely too advanced for consoles to handle.
Final Fantasy 15 releases on PC 😁 along with Final Fantasy 7. This year pretty much every mainstream game will come to pc. It will also feature some neat exclusives like:
Torment Tides of Numera
P.A.M.E.L.A
Escape from Tarkov
Star Citizen
Fortnite
Check out these PC exclusives that have released:
Blade and Soul
Black Desert (where do I buy this game is not on Steam, GoG, Amazon , or eve...
The vast majority of exclusives are indie games with no marketing/hype at all. This year is the first year in ages to see AAA PC budget exclusives. Better than console exclusives, that's debatable:
Total War Warhammer
Xcom 2
Blade and Soul
Black Desert
Fortnite
Torment Tides of Numera
Star Citizen
P.A.M.E.L.A
Perception
Asylum
Dreadenought
Those are some of the big exclusives ...
PlayStation Now on PC 😁
Well there's:
Xcom 2
Total War Warhammer
P.A.M.E.L.A
Obviously the big ones:
Torment Tides of Numera
Star Citizen
The cmd line was gone in the god awful Windows Vista and Windows 7 didn't have it either. Windows 8 felt more like a tablet OS as opposed to an OS for laptops/desktops.
The U.S. should of not gone to war in the middle east. There's no solution in the area.
I don't mind the game (games are not real). Yes, I am aware is a sensitive topic and all. But as long is a good game I am ok with it.
Same here still waiting for No Man's Sky, Torment Tides of Numera and several other indie games. I am sad that Theme Park Roller Coaster Tycoon World is now heading into early access 😲
This is no good, No Man's Sky on PS4 will suffer greatly. This is a free to play MOBA using Unreal Engine 4, imagine No Man's Sky with no loading times, an endless galaxies, etc. No way will No Man's Sky be able to perform as is intended on PS4
It shows how weak these so called next generation consoles are. 900p is fine man what happened? Last generation the PS3 ran 90% of all its games at native 1080i.
Yay is coming to PC first.
