Is possible to use gamepads on PC nowadays and gasp!!!! work the same as a console with aim assist included. For crying out loud every mainstream game that I have played works best with a gamepad (insert Batman Arkham Games, L.A. Noire). So, is only allowing PC gamers to use gamepads vs console gamers problem solved.
Is just bs why not set up lobbies where gamepad users play on the same lobby. That solves the issue right there and then between PC gamers vs console gamers. I use the xbox 360 controller on my PC it comes with aim assist already built in. Is just bs.

That was true back in the nineties unless you ditch Windows for Linux. Windows10 is completely automated from its patches, system updates, drivers. All done at the click of one button or not at all. Consoles now require system updates, game updates/patches, plus pay high prices for games. Today's consoles are garbage
Relax is just a rumour for now. Upgradeable consoles no thanks and if Sony/Microsoft released underpowered consoles to upgrade them later on. That's false advertisement, it screws its consumers, it destroys the purpose of owning a console. Admit it, PC gaming has won with its cheaper games, exclusive genres (mmos, rts, mobas, etc), 4k gaming, 60, 90, 120 frames per second, mods, etc. The hardware of consoles is buried.....
Good how, if they want to enjoy PSVR they must buy a new. PS4 system. It destroys the 3 tenents of owning a console:

The console hardware is done and buried. After a decade the PS4/Xbox One are. unable to play all of its games at 1080p/60 frames per second. The Xbox One is just a PS3 . The PS4 is slightly powerful than the PS3. PC gaming cheaper games, free online, mods, map editors, 4K resolution , 60 frames per second even 120 frames per second.. I really don't see another console generation. It can't compete with PC gaming much less smartphones

I don't see the benefit of an upgradeable console hardware wise. The fact is Sony would increase its costs in manufacturing, transportation, etc. Game developers lose the safety net of making PS4 games knowing it will work on all PS4 systems. Gamers lose due to shell out for a revised console. Really no party benefits.

None of which are on PC or a remastered game.
