Why even bother with the pc version? By making this DX10 only you have cut out about 98% of the PC gaming community. Aren't we are supposed to have reasons to be excited about upgrading to vista? I must say this MS decision is almost on par with some of the stupidest marketing decisions Sony made last year with PS3.
It almost seems to be a way that MS could say look, our 360 is more powerful than a high-end PC!! Then again, I though it was in their best interest to support PC gaming.....

As for the screens, the lightning is still just about the best I have yet seen in this type of videogame. The textures do look a bit downgraded, but I think that is because it is an early build, at least I hope so. I definitely think that this will end up a stunning title based on what Iv'e seen when it is finally finished

Definitely, I think the original killzone trailer was very well done.
Yeah, I was looking forward to battling that huge thing; similarly misleading was the E3 footage of HL2 when they showed that giant lake monster that got later removed from the game, lol.
I realize the authors were going for variety, but seriously, there is some bizarre stuff in the list (halo pc trailer!?) Anyhow, I agree with a lot of the others, GOW, GOW2, KZ2, oh and of course the original Motorstorm trailer (I noticed no one mention that one) really should be on that list...

I swear with a bit of editing, this "trailer" could play as a spoof of its genre, the guys voice and lines combined with the rather underwhelming footage just screams this isn't a real trailer, its a joke. Someone should youtube this, lol.

I agree, this is a well written article and although I had never heard of the site before I approve of the balanced style. Although I don't yet have a wii, this game was on my radar till I read this.
