I dunno, that is like asking which came first the chicken or the egg. It is kind of moot at this point on who started it first at this point. It really all depends on where you came from, as in terms of gaming forums.
Personally, I'm not too sure about some of this evidence, but it is still interesting to see the correlations.
Oops. Double post. I apologize.
Looks like a sharp game indeed.
I'm not much of a fan for the third-person view on shooting. I would hope that when you zoom in you go into first person but that was clearly not the case.
Hopefully the rest of the game lives up to this little piece. It looks like a fast paced story. Wonder how long the game lasts.
Just like $ony's solution to their small exclu$ive library is to beg developer$ to not abandon their expen$ive developmental machine.
I can do it too!
You know, I haven't heard as much complaining about RRoD since they implemented the new 65nm and the bigger heat sinks. The only people that seem to keep pointing out is the Sony fanbase.
Really?
Tell that to Hugo Weaving.
I had the same thought too while I read this article.
"Okay... Mike doesn't like X, Y, and Z. Let's implement them!"
If Warhawk was the best shooter of this generation, why isn't it moving consoles like Gears and Halo did?
CoD4 will be stealing time across the board.
I dunno, just a side thought but, I don't think Halo 3 has nearly as much sticking power as Halo 2 did. Nothing against Halo 3, I enjoy it but I all ready see people on my friends list gravitating back to Gears.
Sony built this industry?
Try Nintendo took the foundation that Atari laid down and built this industry.
Oh, so when it is someone posting a blog about how the Xbox 360 is inferior. Or that the Wii is underperforming, it becomes bashing?
This is probably on the better end of some of the blogs posted on N4G. This is an actual game developer who has dealt with the PS3 and is voicing his disdain for it while providing local and coherent arguements much better than the typical "PS3 4 14|=3!" or "PS3 has no RROD" or my personal favorite "We have Lair (control ...
FFVII remake will never happen (within the foreseeable future).
Square has said multiple times that they have no plans to remake this game.
I agree. A strong story driven game will always trump strong mutliplayer.
Sometimes the douchebaggery can be too much online and I enjoy crushing the computer and not having to wade through crap.
This has been a point covered before, and an excellent blog written by Twizlex.
The fact that Microsoft had that jump start over Sony has proved to be Sony's biggest hurdle yet. The software sales, due to that jumpstart, is what sways published to push harder for the Xbox platform over the PS platform. Developers have been dragging their feet to learn the Cell because of the sheer fact there is no profit in it for them.
Until the Playstation 3 begins to cover l...
You are still going to get your idiots that claim that Microsoft is still pulling out of the console business.
According to them this is just a sign.
However, I am glad to see Microsoft finally posting profits for the Gaming Divisions. It has been far too long since we have heard that type of news.
I hope, personally, that this means even more competitive for 1st party material and we can see highly competitive system sellers on both sides of the li...
I'm sick of people saying Microsoft pays people to give poor reviews to Playstation games and excellent reviews to Xbox games.
Give it a rest.
Until someone comes up with some concrete proof just shut up.
I cannot wait to see and hear about the line-up for next year. Microsoft has been mum on it since E3 because their theme going into the holiday season was "NOW".
Well, let us take a peak at the future.
Hilarious. The kid has no backbone.
I hate hate hate how people use the VG numbers for interpretation.
This article would have so much more weight if it were based off of the NPD numbers.
Does VG even go back and fix their numbers?
