Agreed. I think the peak of RPG's Golden Age was Xenogears.
After that we've seen a decline into mediocre games with a couple of gems.
Cripes, the Final Fantasy series has really been in the decline since about 10.
I have my fingers crossed for Lost Odyssey but who knows.
Remember those 7UP games? Those were fun games.
Why isn't the Burger King games on this list? Geez.
And you're an idiot.
My hypothesis is much more legitimate and sound than most of the rumours and conspiracy theories that get thrown around this sight.
All I was saying was I'm more inclined, hearing what I heard, towards someone hacking rather than a glitch.
You know MK_Red, I'm not quite sure it is boken.
If you listen closely in the background with the guard "glitching" you can here a constant tapping. Almost like someone tapping a keyboard or controller pad. Then when the guard stops to look around and you hear the giggling, the tapping stops. Then as soon as the tapping starts again he begins humping away.
I wonder if this was more staged or if it is legit.
Agreed. My achievements are unlocked and still there.
Just a thought, solar, but if you didn't care why did you bother responding?
Eh, I see what you're saying but let us take a look at Sony's 1.2 million sold to retailers from Black Friday to the end of the year.
What they're saying is that all your Best Buys, Targets, Gamestops, Fry's, etc each purchased a total of 1.2 million consoles. However, let's play devil's advocate and say that consumers only purchase 800,000 of those consoles. So, in reality only 800k consoles are now in use versus the other 400,000 that is collecting dust on store shelves.
Good thing Microsoft had the foresight to make broadband internet access a requirement to use their service back when it launched in 2001.
No worries about those 56k's.
This is no different than just last fall when the children where here preaching about how the price cut and the 40GB SKU were going to crush and eliminate the 360.
How can Microsoft be providing empty promises that continue throughout 2008? Last time I checked we're 7 days into the New Year and Microsoft has had ZERO deadlines to meet where they said "We're going to provide this hot new game within the first week of the New Year".
Secondly, hype machine? Let's talk hype machine. Sony had announced MGS4 back in March of 2007 and promised it shortly after. They had and still are hyping MGS4 like it is nobody's buisness and last t...
Mispost
Eh, the Ultimate 360 was just a rumour that Microsoft kept coming out (uncharacteristic of them mind you) and saying they had no plans for new SKUs. It had nothing to do with the BluRay snagging Warner, remember Microsoft has a large share in WB and voted yes. If they had this Ultimate SKU in the pipe they would've voted no and been vocal about it. It was just a rumour that sprouted legs and ran...
I really really really really hope that Bill Gates has some exclusives to announce for the 360.
Otherwise, I doubt anything he says is going to be so profound or world-shaking that it will make a difference.
I was quite pleased to see Eternal Sonata on this list. I've just really started to grind through this game and it is quite enjoyable.
You know, she called Assassin's Creed a train wreck. Said it was generic, it would basically suck, and the control scheme is just too hard. She also gave this lengthy paragraph about how the game will be so blah that it gives you the impression of staying away from it.

Assassin's Creed, at least in my ...
A game I've always been itching for is a Green Lantern game.
That would be so much fun.
I wouldn't mind seeing another Max Payne game. Those games were good.
Bubbles for I shank u for seeing the thick as fog sarcasm on my above post.
Maybe next time I'll try to be even more blatant about my sarcasm.
You make some very excellent points in your post but a lot of it is speculation. These games should've never seen the light of day on these type of lists.
I for one, could point out both Iraq and Afghanistan and I am not liberal. Just throwing out there now. I am just taking the other side of the coin.
Yes, those games could've been attempting to promote the other side of the issue. This is true. However, when someone wants $2,000 dollars to bring it down and ad...
