n4gno,
Its not about the amount or speed of RAM. Its about the amount of reserved RAM during game play. The OS cannot tough ram reserved for gameplay or certian software would crash. They need to reduce XMB's footprint or patch existing games. Both very difficult solutions.
Anyone that pirates anything should be publicly executed. It smacks of a sense of entitlement that has brought down every major civilization. When you citizens think they shoudln't have to work for services rendered you society is doomed.
It doesn't work quite as well as a 3dtv.
So many stupid people out there in the world.
Absolutely, It is by far my favorite controller.
Andriod is far from "krap" compaired to anything. And mac cannot touch it in terms of customizablity. Plug in your iphone and try to get access to your files from a file manager as opposed to using itunes. Then tell me about 3rd party task managers.
Also, try going to a apple store and asking someone if you can get a stylis pen for your ipad. Instead of helping my firend out, the little mac nazi asked him, why would you want to do that? You can use your finge...
Does this mean I can load the andriod OS on the iPad. I may get one then, ha ha.
Mr Marbles,
You know what makes me sick. You inability to recognize that the Wii sucks. Its a gamecube process shrink with a higher speed memory. Its motion control is a joke compaired to move no matter how you slice it.
Without a doubt when nintendo did motion control it sucked. There notion of motion control is a serious of gross inacurrate waggles which could most likely be done with a button press or analog stick better. I said the Wii was a stu...
Digital downloads are nice for rentals but if I have a choice I will own the disc. Of course pirates will eventually put an end to disk based content at some point.
And the dumbest comment of the day goes too... Also, you are probably someone that thinks your right to other people's work (IE games, movies) is in the constitution.
I really feel bad for you. You are going to be disappointed.
They will sell alot at first I don't doubt. But over time this thing will stall because the software most likely won't warrent the purchase.
How so? Do you honestly think a 360 controller or DS3 would be comfortable to use in a motion based game. They are going to have to design a controller much like the ps3's navigation controller. Which is all fine and dandy, but it going to make the entier motion package push 200$. On the same note, couldn't sony just release an updated HD stereo camera. You can't do everything with a stereo camera that you can do with Kinect.
It makes Wii sports like like shit. If you don't believe that you are just fooling yourself. Wii sports boxing involes me flaining my arms around like an idiot. Gladiator Duel on Sports champions actually mimics my motions and is fun to play. Wii sports should of never been judges that high. It was total garbage.
The question is why would you buy a Gamecube with a memory upgrade for 250$? That is the article they should write. Gotta give nintendo credit for taking advantage of idiots though. Mad props for that.
ScootaKuh,
You are right, I never fall for fad bs. Examples, iPhone, iPad. Piles of overpriced garbage. Its not that the Wii sucks as much as it not even close to 250$ worth of hardware when it was release nor is it 199 worth of hardware today. Hands down if you bought a Wii you fall into the class of idiot.
It was sold out at my game stop and best buy as well as the #2 seller at amazon.
jack who,
I am sure the device works. Its the concept that doesn't work. Something that will become painfully obvious to you very soon.
I don't think that the system even know the difference between the navigator and the ds3. Also, I am sure there is no way they could patch it.
I am not against it. Its just it has alot of technological hurdles. They are not as effective at creating the 3D effects and the viewing angles are horrible. If you are not 2 degrees and like a foot from the sweet spot you don't see the desired effect.
This kind of stuff can work great on a portiable like the DS, but I think for in the home glasses will be the future for a long time. Honestly, knowing what I know about optics it is doubtful they ever make this techn...
