Framerate issues don't necessarily mean they don't know what they're doing. Maybe their method of working is first setting the visual par and then depending on results start optimising the parts where framerate hicups occur.
Because it's a work in progress. It's shown behind closed doors to people who understand the promise even with some problems and don't go OMG BAD FRAMERATE GAME SUCKS.
The Order is the game that I'm most excited about at the moment. I was a big fan of Resident Evil 4 and The Order seems to capture a similar kind of vibe.
For me, the game I'm most interested about is Order 1886. I just might get a PS4 for that game alone. I'm just a sucker for those kinds of atmospheric and dark monster games with rich history speaking through the environments.
I'm a big fan of Resident Evil 4 and other than The Last of Us and The Order, I haven't bumped much into games that come close to resembling it.
That's just the propaganda that the government wants you to believe.
Well, I think the main Pokemon games are pretty much open world games. One of the things I've really liked in the Pokemon games is the existence of the legendary Pokemons that wander across the world and that one has to track down first in order to catch them. A similar dynamic quality to a Zelda game might work and it could be incorporated into issues regarding "bosses" and helpful creatures, magical entities, gateways, etc. There aren't that many games out there where the ...
Kirby's Epic Yarn was really neat and I hope this will be too. I wish there were more games with these kinds of completely unique art styles that are not just gimmicks but integral to the gameplay as well.
I just looked at the pictures and man, those are some very early prototypes. Looking pretty rough, in a bad way. I hope Zelda delivers.
Even more grass than in Colorado.
Seems like it was a really smart move to hire Corrinne Yu as a lead programmer. She had previously worked on Halo 4 and that game looked great for it's time but this Uncharted 4, it looks just phenomenal.
However, I can't help but to find it funny that she moved on to gaming business after having been involved in nuclear physics and space shuttle programs. Weird career development.
Scale Bound looked epic.
This means Master Chief is in Super Smash Bros! Rumor confirmed as rumor.
A top 5 is quite restricting and leaves out quite a many interesting titles no matter what games are chosen. Mass Effect 4, Halo 5 and Zelda are really interesting as well imo.
Yeah, that screenshot with the flashy lights doesn't help much in figuring out what the gameplay will look like.
Bethesda should buy the best intercompatible mods, tweak them to make installation easy, and include them as free official downloadable update(s). I think a lot of people are missing out on these because of the labor included in the compatibility stuff, installation phase etc. and Bethesda might get the bragging right of having the prettiest game out there.
I think there have been huge show stealers in the past, Wii Sports being the most notable one. Did you see how long the queues were to play that game when it was first shown? The line about circled the entire E3 hall. It was madness. Not likely to ever happen again.
Yeah, my bad.
Sorry, perhaps that place in the gameplay is actually Earth. Or what do you guys think?
Yeah, let's go to distant planets! ...that look like the dilapidated industrial area in my home town? :-(
Kotal is the love child of Shao Kahn and Motaro.
