They are putting money into it, so it will not be bad...
Probably a lot of fun..
But it will be more of a indie style fun Co-op/pvp game.
It was never going to be a AAA title.
I mean, is it not priced at $39.99?
If it is $60... then it will fail to live up to expectations.

No, they just want expectations to not go too high.
It will be a AAA indie game. Like sea of thieves.
Nothing wrong with that, but that is the reality of it.

Disney is just as greedy as ea...
I mean, even Disney is ruining the franchise themselves and they have pulled greedy tactics due to it... so I think it is a perfect fit for the two to continue the trend.

@—Onilink—
Actually, they were.
Mars, forsaken dlc and the season pass was all mainly activisions developers.

The game is not a broken mess, the decision making was.
It is still one the best FPS engines today.
But you are right that everything that is wrong in destiny is actually due to bungie.
In fact, the best corrections made to destiny were from activision developers and not bungie....

I am not sticking up for the game, but a “broken mess” is not the issue.
A broken mess would be the division year 1 or battlefield 4 launch.

Especially in only a years time since they released 12 months apart
Usually game overhauls would take much longer than that.

God I can not wait till Microsoft releases a game.. I can take the paid for hype reviews more than the wasting time attacking anything sony paid for articles fro these shill sites.
I wonder if they ever realize how much they have f@cked over gamers and games over the last decade all for money

The thing is... watching shows is one thing.. if the show is cheap, it is a ehh expected type of thing..

But if you see games going cheap to hide behind the cheap $9.99 slogan, what would be the effect?
Streaming older games etc is one thing, having it take away from future titles is completely something else.
But like Netflix’s success, why would companies give up their games to another service? Then we end up with subscriptions for every major producer ...

And @timotim
There is not many racers to compare it to.
It is not a true gran turismo or a forza.
This is meant for online for anyone, but specifically competitive as well with real time licensed racing events.
Outside of the fact that this is not your cookie cutter game engine and perhaps that is something you are use to, they are doing real time scanning of all these vehicles. This is a new engine that is gathering what it needs to move forward.. even car...

Well.. being you are a Microsoft fan.. you would definitely know the meaning of “slow trickle” when it comes to games. 😂

These consoles are now monthly “memberships” if you will...
The goal of these gaming companies is to do more to secure “memberships” because that carries an attachment.
My point? Sony has been delivering huge games... why not continue that trend to bring in any new players still out there. Make the community as large as possible, build confidence with said games, then release the ps5 with that trust in place?
It worked for the PS4... might as well continue that tren...

Or maybe it was the all out media attack that fooled everyone to believe there were major issues?
Was it too expensive at launch? Compared to what? In order to get a 360 and the few sttatchments to get it to the standard of a PS3.. the 360 was actually more expensive.
The PS3 also caught up to the 360 by actually doing better sales per month world wide in a shorter period.
But an all out media army from Microsoft helped drive home “issues” that were never there alon...

They are investigating any insider trading due to the split. Who knew, who had invested interest, and who sold according to the knowledge. Could be the suits of activision. Could be the higher up with bungie. That is the gist of the investigation.

That ea head is the one that made Microsoft a viable option in the console front.
Used dirty meadow tactics and monopolizing the industry through third party games and content.
Absorbed engines to create revenue and monopolize.
And had their developers spend more time reusing the same engine to cut costs.
They have brought absolutely nothing to the table that had already existed or was a natural eveloution in gaming.

Always support “pirating”
Fixed that for you.
Regardless of the spin, the reason everyone is going to all this drm, online always, subscription service is due to pc pirating.

The best FPS engine out there.
Anywhere from extremely easy to extremely hard activities.
The weapons.
The powers.
The fun with friends.
The pvp.
It’s like racing games... no story worth a lot, but it has an awesome lore created.
I mean, why is fortnite popular?
Every game has their attraction and most do not have anything to do with anything other than racing, football, shooter, rpg, etc

It is awesome that people are celebrating *cough-marketing-*cough $120 a year as if they are avoiding buying what could be mediocre/horrible games due to the history this gen from Microsoft.
You know what that use to be? A demo. For free.
Now, you avoid buying bad games for $120 a year. 😂
