I was able to finally get a hands on with the Vita and Little Deviants and while it's cute, it definitely feels like a tech demo that most people won't be playing once some other titles arrive.
Even though it's a mobile game, I think I'd throw Mario Kart 7 in there as well.
Agreed, and I definitely think #1 is important.
I can see your points on all except the tamagotchi one, but don't agree. I think Tiny Tower might not be for everyone, but I think it's a great example of a freemium time management sim.
Yes. But it's only a matter of time I'm sure before you will get the ability to play games on your phone/tablet.
I wonder if the OnLive app was any reason Steam is doing this now, because it seems like the type of thing they should have done a long time ago.
Might have to check out the beta if I can.
It's nice to see a few visual novels filtering over, like 999 and this one (although 999 did have the puzzle mechanic). I'm trying to decide if I should splurge on the limited edition of this or just rent it from Gamefly.
@ncstatefan953 I agree. I don't think online passes will ever go away. Once the used market is no longer a threat, they'll say it's to support the servers, etc.
I still think the CA bill was wrong, but good to see that he is in support of protecting constitutional rights - kind of ironic in some ways.
I enjoyed the demo, but it didn't really scream to me, "You must buy this game now."
Interesting idea. I wish we could get the golden nunchuck here like you can in Japan.
Well, it wasn't like it had any competition, not in the US, anyway.
There definitely were some great stories this year. It must have been hard to pick only five.
Glad to see Bastion made the list!
Me too! I'm looking at the guy's Etsy store and thinking I might ask for something for Christmas or my birthday...
Really interesting list! Hmmm... what would my top PS3 titles of 2011 be?? Man, I'm not even sure. I think, despite its flaws, I'd include Catherine. Wouldn't include LA Noire, though. I personally was disappointed by that game.... man, it's really tough to decide!
Yeah that's definitely true. This current bundle makes a great gift - especially if you're on a budget.
Actually, Ghost Trick is a DS game. And it's fabulous. One of my favorite DS games I've played, and definitely one of my favorite games I played this year. Missile would definitely win for best new character in my book!
Yeah, you would have thought Gears would have won that category.
I think it's iPod Touch compatible. Just need to check ITunes to see if you have the right OS.
I actually really want to try this game when I have a chance, but I'm in Vita land right now lol.
