Some of those were dlc for existing games and if you want to get technical one of them was a mobile game + Wasteland 3 and Psychonauts 2 even though are Microsoft games, because of the way the deals were made when they bought the developers, those games are still releasing on PS4.
The thing with the Keanu moment is that even though it was awesome, you have to realize that it was all CD Project Red for a multiplatform game, that it happened at the MS conference was just a byproduct.

Yes, I agree, so they either know they're not the most powerful console this time around or that the Ps5 final specs are still not set in stone and they don't want to jump the gun just yet, either way it's very telling.
And based on the wording they used I don't think Scarlett is going to be the most powerful console this time around, Phil said that the Scarlett is going to be the most powerful XBOX ever made, not the most powerful console as they were praising to the skies for the One X, they choose their words very carefully based on what they want to highlight or in this case hide.
P.s: And when he spoke about who was building the Scarlett he even mentioned that it was being made b...
Instead they showed CGI trailers of games a couple of months away, I think that's even worse and it shows they don't believe in their products
The conference was again, Gears, Forza, Halo, plus a bunch of multiplatform titles and multiplatform Indies, it's like they don't even realize the issue or they don't care.
The biggest gripe for me was that they showed the first EVER footage of how games will run in a next generation footage and they used it to show that?!!
The Prey footage in the same conference for Xbox Game Pass looked better than that Halo Trailer, i'm no developer, but as a consumer I was certainly expecting something a lot more exciting as the first ever footage to showcase "NEXT GEN".
They did basically everything wrong you can do in a show:
- ONLY one new IP, Bleeding Edge (the leak was not their fault), a 4x4 MP game nobody asked for.
- Most of their games were made to appear as if they were only going to appear on the Xbox when they are actually Multiplatform.
- The footage for the actual exclusives in most cases were CGI trailers, even for games that already showed gameplay in years past like Gears 5.
- They used celebritie...
And I totally forgot, special mention to Bambi bashing his head into a vending machine. I was amazed that they put a game like that as an Xbox showcase game.

Death stranding release date is November 2019, what are you talking about? Xbox showed a bunch of expansion for their games (Forza 4 Lego, state of decay), gears 5 again, only this time with no actual gameplay footage, the new Ninja Theory game, a multiplayer 4v4 nobody wanted and a bunch of indies, that's what you have for the next 12 months.
Oh, and a very disappointing Halo showing, I would have chosen something VERY different to show as the first next gen footage ev...
They basically made a pre-recorded video saying in most cases word for word what Sony said a month ago about the Ps5, oh and that "it eats monsters for breakfast" the most cringe worthy pre-rehearsed thing i've ever heard in MS show
It was a terrible show, everything they showed except the games from Xbox Game Studios are going to be on the PS4, for me the biggest announcement from the conference was that the outer world's is going to be day one Game Pass.
Halo didn't include any actual gameplay and the "in game footage" doesn't even look that good.
I think it would've been even worse if they didn't say in advance what they were going to show, considering their presentation lacked surprises or new games, people would've been even more disappointed.
For me it was the same, I do not trust or care about what EA shows, new or otherwise
I noticed that too!! It was an abomination.
Yes, Fallen Order looked very bland, it was a generic third person action Star Wars game, like the ones we've been getting since the original PlayStation, just the usual, you can pull people to you, push them out with the force and reflect lasers with your lightsaber, plus the movement and animations of the main character were very stiff and unnatural, Star Wars the Force unleashed had better, more fluid and exciting combat 11 years ago
Definitely agree, the vertical slice they showed was a poor choice of gameplay footage, the action, movements and powers are basically the same since the times of SW: The Phantom Menace in the original PlayStation, you can bring people to you, throw them away, reflect lasers with your lightsaber, nothing out of the ordinary at any point in the footage.

Cool for you man! Enjoy your games, I'm not here to take out your enjoyment in your preferred console.
