Yes, that is very true the bug that improved drop rates so you didn't feel like you needed to spend money to enjoy the game was squashed very, very quickly, and from that point they do not want to hear loot even mentioned in passing, deaf ears.

Actually I really appreciate all the effort that Sony Bend is going through by releasing in such a small span of time a number of patches to fix the small glitches the game has, night and day difference between this and the patch releases for something like Anthem

Very different games but I find it funny how whomever wrote this opinion piece says as a definitive fact that Days Gone zombies (freakers) failed after just a few days in the market, I DO NOT think they failed, IF there are shortcomings in this game (every game has them, some more, some less) the "zombies" are definitely (see anybody can play this game) not one of them.

We are approaching the uncanny valley more and more every generation, diminishing returns, there's only so much more than graphics can improve, but every other area, resolution, FPS, load times, A.I, ray tracing, textures, those are thing that will definitely make a big change in our games

People always ask for companies to upset the status quo, but to be honest, the only thing I want is a controller in my hand so I can relax in my couch an play some video games, I do not see the need for them to disturb that, just the same as movies and TV shows are a couch/bed experience.

Just bought The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel literally an hour ago, I was on the fence of buying it right now because I know I'm not going to be able to play it right away, between work and my backlog it will be months, but then decided to do it and pay full price now so I could support the series and the localization of the next ones in the series / possibly a new one
I hate these biased pro Nintendo articles, it's not that the switch doesn't have the specs for proper VR, it's that this is Nintendo "LO-FI" take on virtual reality, and it is magical, because... Nintendo.
Now boring means "refreshingly authentic".
