Agree 100%, not only will this give them more time to polish the game, but a lot more people will be open to try it, at $70 on launch with all the other games launching in the holiday season, it would've been DOA.

This is an indie game that runs REALLY well on the Switch, of course the Series X/S are going to do amazing things with it.
1000% Agree, this is something I always thought would be a great idea, stuff like if you were to get a platinum for a game, that would get you an exclusive Dynamic Theme for that title, it would be an amazing thing to add.

100% sure that's the reason, not only God of War 4 and God of War 3 got patches, but also PlayStation VR Worlds, Astro Bot: Rescue Mission, Everybody’s Golf VR and Marvel’s Spider-Man got them on the same day, as if they were updated in group.
With them just announcing the compilation on N7 that might mean we will also get next-gen versions of the games, which would be awesome.
Of course not, they already got the clicks they wanted.
Not 900p, specially when they are selling it as a "1440p 120fps" console, that's why those "up to" criteria will only work for the simplest of indie games.
BUT, BUT, BUT, there's no excuse for only 10 games out of literally thousands to not work, they should just work, there should be no need for a patch! /S
