Still have to buy it, I'm running short on cash right now, but it's a game I will definitely get, I got the platinum for the first one on the Vita, such a great game, super fun and didn't take itself too seriously, in this sense it reminded me a lot of the kind of games we used to get on the Original Playstation.
@MichaelLito
That was my civil opinion, I didn't attack anyone, I just think that they should focus on the Xbox One right now and not on an upgrade that is coming out at the end of the year.
On the games I mentioned that you say "when the articles are posted regarding each and every game you mentioned, it's a barren wasteland", Yazuka 0 is on the sixth entry of the main series, Tales has been coming out since the Snes Days, Kingdom Heart...
@TheRandomOne
That was truly Random, hahahaha.
What are you talking about? please elaborate
@aconnellan
My issue with him saying that he is playing games on the Scorpio is that I see it as being in bad taste, the other guys are dropping highly regarded game after game and what you find time to talk about is about a console that is coming out at the end of the year?
Like you said, they need to talk about new IP or release dates for games coming out in 2017 and it seems at least to me that he doesn't do it because he doesn't have that much...
@aconnellan
I didn't show anything to anyone, i'm just telling it like it is, since they canceled Scalebound what new information about new games or even about the games we already know have they shared? their next release is Halo Wars 2 on february 21, and that's it, after that we don't have release dates for any other game of them.
What we do know now is that he is playing games on the Scorpio, a console that is coming 10 months from now...
Yeah, I mean, the controls should be "floaty", no Pun Intended, you are floating through a the scenarios, you shouldn't feel as if you are in full control of the character.
@Otaku
Exactly, I didn't understand anything and I've been playing Tales games since the SNES, it's just a button mashing mess with this "combo" system.
Try the demo to see if you like it, I tried it myself and didn't like the changes they made to the battle system, I thought they simplified it too much when they assigned "combos" to the attacks instead of the ARTS.
@Everybody
We will see when it comes out, it's not going to be long, yesterday I was watching Kinda Funny Games "Colin was right" and he explicitly says that it's the original game, just because it's the GOTY edition doesn't mean it's the remastered, maybe an upscaled version of the original.
So the sales advantage "that will see it dominate the gaming market in its launch year and beyond" is that they get more money out of accesories? Wow, this was the most idiotic article ever written.
@Wonderfulmonkeyman
According to what it's being told on the street Skyrim is a port of the original 2011 release and not the remastered version, so, if that is an indicator of something, is that the Switch can't even handle a remastered version of a last generation 6 year old game, but it can support the original 6 year old game, do with that what you will.
"Halo, Gears Of War and Forza for more than a decade, but don't expect those games in 2017."
Except for you know, the new Forza and Halo Wars Remastered and Halo Wars 2, but besides those, No Halo, Gears or Forza in 2017.
It seems Phil Spencer has neved heard of the old "Show, Don't Tell" Saying.
I don't own a smart tv, I don't like watching movies through my Phone, so according to you I need to turn OFF my Switch, turn ON my Ps4 and use Netflix through there? why does everything always has to be so backwards with Nintendo?.
Dude, stop, you're fighting a losing battle, you don't need to defend everything nintendo does.
Does everything has netflix in this day and age? Actually no, not everyone has money to throw by changing their tvs every couple of years, myself for example, I don't have a smart tv at home, I like that I can have media functionality through my console. But I guess according to you it's my own fault and Nintendo shouldn't care or try to cater to me or anyone ...
It's going to be hard to get the Switch messaging across right now, 'cause the Big N is going to need a cellphone and an app to do it, LOL.
P.s: This stuff just writes itself, Nintendo is so oblivious to everything right now.
"Reggie: Nintendo's History Is To Make Smart Choices OR Get Lucky"
There, fixed.
Nintendo business strategy "Get Lucky", sounds good for a multibillion dollar company. /S
Let's not forget that removing Mario and Arms, all the other Nintendo Games for this year are Wii U remasters, Zelda, MK8, Splatoon 2 (an enhanced version of the first), I'm not even going to count 1, 2, Switch as a Videogame, because it isn't, you're not even supposed to look at the screen on that one.
I also remember my SNES days when I was a child, or my ps1/ps2 days when I was a teenager, of course gaming is never going to be like that, I had all the time in the world back then, I would never compare the wonder and excitement I had over something when I was a 14 year old dude when everything was the most awesome thing ever, than now that I'm 31 and have a life to live, work, relationship, bills.
