Fair enough. It would still be much closer than it was in this survey. I also think teenagers would likely go for the iPhone 5 more than an iPad. iPads can't be brought to school and played discreetly.
I for one am going for a PS3 this year. Though I am odd for my age group, I still have a dumb phone. My friends mostly get games that they couldn't buy during the year or just money and giftcards.
Well that's because it's 6-12 year olds. Teenagers are more likely to want a console than 6-12 year olds. When you leave out one of gaming's main demographics, it kind of skews the results.
Half of these reasons are just games.
I'm going to hold off on the Wii U for now (don't have the money laying around and I don't like being an early adopter).

Well the Hashashin, the real life Assassin's from the first game, were known for high profile kills in front of huge crowds. Their whole deal was controlling people through fear. If they can strike in front of massive crowds when everyone is watching, then they can strike anywhere and you are never safe. They had a lot of influence over people because of that.

It's invalid because they aren't free. Do you pay for them? Yes. Then they aren't free. I agree, I would pay for PS+ and get a nice instant game library to play, as well as discounts, any day. That doesn't make it free.
Except that it's not. Also, giving away free consoles has absolutely nothing to do with Xbox Live itself. Automatic updates are not essential at all, there are rarely updates to Xbox Live to begin with.

Good, only took them a year. I'd rather pay for ads and be able to play my games the day they come out instead of a year later. And by the way, Sony has patented a way to have advertisements interrupt your actual games, which is 10000 times worse than on the dashboard which nobody ever even looks at. They'll never go through with it, but you can bet your ass that next gen there will be plenty of ads on the next PlayStation.

Yeah the first CoDs were awesome with just single player. And it was typically historically accurate and actually interesting. And the fact is that this game could've gotten great scores if it actually had a good campaign. You can't single out one element of a game for a review.
Haven't gotten this, probably gonna get it used or wait until the price drops a lot ($50 is freaking ridiculous).
I see no problem with trophies/achievements. I don't have an irrational compulsion to get every trophy. If I happen to get some during the course of a game then cool, if I don't, then whatever.
