That's questionable because Portal does follow a story line.
So I gather from your incoherent(probably drug induced) ramblings is that you don't like Portal. In the future if your going to say something "Sucks Ass" and offer nothing to justify that statement, please keep it to yourself.
I wonder how many of these games are actually feature length, and how many are just overpriced mini-games or mini-game compilations.
Your opinion is your opinion, even if it is misinformed and off base, but I still wouldn't expect many sympathizers if I were you.
It's much more of a symbol of Half Life than a weapon, but that's probably why I love it. It's also kind of interesting wondering where your next Crowbar will come from. Seeing as you lose it every time something catastrophic happens.
Being good at multiplayer gaming incorporates more factors than just individual skill. You also have to take into account the players ability to work cohesively with his team and their knowledge of the game (Levels, weapon uses and locations).
This came out of left field. I haven't even heard any info about this. Hopefully it will measure up to it's predecessor.
Since anything competitive is already called sports, I would say yes. Now the questions is do people want to watch Video Game competitions?
Do need silly glasses to use this?
for about a year, before an improved version is ported to PC....I can always wait for a better game.
PS2 used standard architecture for that time and the Wii is still pretty much the same as the Gamecube just with a new input device. That doesn't compare to the differences between the PS3 and every other game platform out currently.
No Halo game has yet beat Half-Life's 8 million units sold.
I only know a couple gamer girls. My brother's GF and mine to a much lesser degree. Would owning a PS2 and playing Destroy All Humans put her a step about casual gamer status? I know gaming isn't better than sex, but it's a fine addition to the daily activities.
You're not supposed to only listen to only the good or bad reviews. You're supposed to listen to all the review so you come away with a well informed and even review. Blocking out any negative review would only cause them to be incredibly one sided.
So....They want to make a movie about a man who's sole purpose in life is to murder people for money but lessen the gore to make it accessible to young teenagers? You've really outdone yourselves this time , 20th Century Fox, you retards.
HL2 multiplayer is far more diverse than Halo 3's, only for PC players though. HL2 doesn't just have one multiplayer game, it has four, Half-Life 2 Death-match, Counter Strike Source, Day of Defeat Source, and now Team Fortress 2.
I love my PS3, but I can sympathize with Gabe on this subject, because Sony did choose to be different and implement a new technology that no one outside of Sony's own development houses knew how to work with. By doing that they alienate a lot of developers, because after they learn to use the Cell processor they cannot use that knowledge anywhere else.
Halo 3's reviews range everywhere from 100% - 70%. I can't even imagine any Half-Life game scoring so low. As a matter of opinion I think the Orange Box has Halo 3 beat. The real contest is going to be between The Orange Box and Bioshock.
Why do they always stack all Console game sales against PC sales, instead of looking at it as PC vs PS3, PC vs Xbox360, ect. When you compare PC gaming's 1 billion against every other consoles share of 4.8 billion, the comparison doesn't seem so one sided. Also as far as Valve not having a huge advertisement campaign for The Orange Box, why would they need to waste all that money? their IP is already one of the most recognized games on the PC, and possible the console market very soon.
Sadly there are no bots. In order to do that they would have to write very specific code for every class, and there probably wasn't time to do that.
