"If Blu-ray begins to dominate this thing, Microsoft will simply announce a Blu-ray add-on drive for the 360 and continue on their merry way."
That would be interesting to see to say the least.
We'll have to wait and see.
Good article IMO.
Why isn't there a cell in every blu ray player out there?
I've seen a few people talk about how the cell is there for blu ray audio/video processing, decoding, whatever.
I'm not saying this isn't true but I am questioning it very heavily.
I just don't believe it.
Edit - I've looked around a bit and I found someone from microsoft saying the cell is not for gaming.
Is this the source from which everyones getting this idea, because the ...
The competition will never get a really good foothold until they deliver acceptable hardware.
Not everyone in the world is okay with great customer service vs. quality hardware.
Makes sense I suppose.
Next gen Pac-Man!
It seems as though I've seen these comparison screen shots a while back, if I remember correctly.
Anybody else remember these?
Gates wants to own the world.
I'd like to see a Bill Gates themed reality show.
Haha, good times all around.
Buy a PS3.
Just playin'
Good read, fly to the moon looks like fun, although the video shows instant death as opposed to skydiving back to earth.
have fun with that Billy
Better stick with forza.
Shadowrun was best on the genesis.
Watch the walls peel....in real time!
I'm also excited about this game, it should be hella scary.
Yes it is.
Well said
Perhaps you can answer this for me, or perhaps anyone who reads this.
I'm just curios, do you need the hd dvd addon to upscale movies?
I thought I heard this somewhere.
Yes please.
Not that I care about that one, but I thought I read it was still in development.
The price wasn't an issue for me.
When I first heard the PS3 was coming I threw 10 bucks a week aside (sometimes less, sometimes more).
By the time I bought one I had to toss in about 90 bucks CDN.
600 bucks is a bargain price for this thing, look at all the features on it. Not to mention it is a solidly built machine with almost 0 percent chance of breakdown.
That alone to me is worth the price. Now let's pretend for a second the PS3 went the way ...
Is it at some point going to be available in the US/Canada?
I may not have to buy a 360 ever, unless of course all of my buds get one for the halo 3 multiplayer.
Then ill wait for the redesigned, more reliable 360
/crosses fingers.
Then you must laugh at yourself quite a bit then.
I'm just going out on a limb here but I'm guessing the PS3 isn't going to die, that statement right there screams fanboy.
