Never had a problem with my PS1, PS2 or XBox but I have had a friend who had problems with disc scratching on the original XBox.

And they've just recently made them available for free on the 360.
I picked this up today for PS3.
It looks like absolute garbage at what apparently is 1080i.
Although if i hit the display button on my tv it says its 1080p, it doesnt see 1080i, i believe this game is in need of some kind of patch because it honestly looks like it's a 480i signal on a 1080p setting.
Example, I pop in a 720p only game (untold legends) and I hit the tv display button and it says 720p, I pop in R6V which is 1080i,720p and I hit the tv display...

I was at wally world about a day ago and the shelves were full of wiis, they are still there today.
So, at least where I'm at the Wii sales are slowing down.

Halo wasn't the best FPS when it came out.
The PC had all the best FPS and still does.
The draw with halo was it was the first FPS on a console that actually played quite well with it's story and controls. I think the PS3 version will allow you to play any videos you may have on the PS3 HDD on any one of the T.V.'s situated inside the game.
The reason the 360 has sold only 10-11 million units is because there are a lot of people who haven't made the jump from the PS2.
Those gamers are waiting for the price cut/games and they will all jump ship to the PS3 likely, and when that happens the console war will take a huge turn in Sony's favor.
