I don't call gifts I don't like the worst of something because I held high expectations. Unless it is objectively bad. He wrote it off because he didn't get what he wanted and decided to hate it right out of the box. Also, he tried validating it that he never figured out how to play Virtua Fighter. A game easier than Tekken or SF.
Disappointed is what I would call it.
Atari Jaguar, 3DO, 3DI, Nuon, Ngage, Virtual Boy etc...
The guy is a snorty little brat that threw a hissy fit and spat out his dummy. The Saturn was anything but the worst. Sega were just stupid on how they marketed the console. Basically after announcing it, they made it available to buy whilst 3rd party developers had no idea it was going to be so soon available and had to rush games out on the platform.
Of course they did. Nintendo shuts down anything fan related. Even getting two fan made projects removed from the Game Awards.
Definitely not MOST at least in the US. You might want to check the ESA survery they do every year on gaming demographics in the US. It points out the demographics well, with 2016 showing that in the US, 41% of the market are female. That is a massive portion. It doesn't matter if it's online or offline, console, pc or mobile. Gaming is gaming not matter how much people think mobile gaming is anything but that. I wonder why most guys don't hear girls in online games, because they ...
Absolutely!

I remember going in towards the end of ME3, when you are on the ground and you have to battle your way to where you think the final fight will happen and it is chaos on the ground, it was epic leading up to something great, but then BAM! Stupid god child appears!
They better of learnt lessons from such as half-arsed conclusion. Even the "fixed" ending couldn...
3rd party console exclusives coming to an end in some way, maybe....should of put that in the title instead. But I guess being misleading = clicks.
Well unless Sony and MS pay a 3rd party developer to develop an exclusive title or pay them to keep it exclusive then there is no need for a developer to lock their games to one system when you can make money on differently platforms, PC, Playstation and Xbox. It would be stupid not to.
So when you complete a game it's money down the drain now? People bought the game knowing it was $10 and not knowing if new content would be added yet still complain they finished it and wasted their money. How sad!
No....not simple. My simple for a simple minded person like you. Maybe you also fall under that excuse that games cost so much money, so adding microtransactions into full priced AAA games is ok.
The only time microtransactions might be acceptable is if they are skins that offer no advantages in-game, only visually. Yes, don't buy it and don't support or encourage terrible practices like this. This isn't even dlc, it is microtransactions in-game.
First off, stop being a fanboy. People can state their opinions, especially as this is a forum. Go to a Nintendo forum if you only want to hear praise whilst patting each other on the back on how Nintendo can do no wrong.
This isn't nowhere as near to replacing the 3ds. It's a hybrid gimmick. The 3ds works well because of the price point and form factor.
The Switch is likely to be much higher priced and I don't see many people whipping out the...
An option is having a choice. Single player doesn't need online where as coop and other online modes do. There are your options, having the ability to turn it on or off should be included with games that offer both. It's a no brainer.
The souls series, you can still play the game with no connection, which doesn't let people invade or help you during the game but you can still play.
They doing the same nonsense with For Honor even though they s...
Here is a paid game with actual fun content = bunch of money grabbers.
Ok, here is a free game that you need to endlessly grind with some steep paywalls and timers = bunch of moment grabbers.
It's a no win situation. Entitled gamers want every for free and all content for nothing.
I don't see this being cancelled for the Wii U. Firstly the Wii U hasn't sold well and those who have the Wii U are probably anticipating the game. If Nintendo outright cancels it for the platform and only makes it available on the Switch it would be a slap in the face and probably put off Wii U owners buying the Switch as Breath of the Wild is a promised Wii U title. "Hey remember that game you are all waiting for? Well, you can only play it on our new console!". I don'...
Wow, what a dickish assumption. Gearbox will "put it out of it's misery" when they feel like. Maybe do a write up about Steam greenlighting under garbage instead.
@bouzebbal
Are you selective to information to defend the skidmark of a company that is Konami? Nothing wrong with being a business that wants to thrive and make money like most developers out there. Konami on the other hand decides to bar one of the most iconic developers from receiving an award then lies to say he is on holiday. Same said developer worked segregated from other developers for the last few months before releasing MGS5. What a great company to work for right!

Apparently region free seems impossible for them
A digital copy is available? I guess many will find a free version around the web. F*** Konami.
Absolutely. Most J-mobiles games use the gacha-gacha system to earn random characters or loot in which you need premium currency at having a chance at getting a rare item or character with a 0.1% chance of getting an S-Rare. Fans will gladly pay to try to get the characters or items.
Some Japanese friends of mine will spend the equivalent of $100 or more on premium currency monthly of f2p game at having a chance of getting super rare items or characters. Especially the supe...
It is all arbitrary, people in the industry giving each other pats on the back and big sponsors. It's only worth watching for the exclusive previews of new titles.
Where was Geoff on his high horse when suddenly 2 titles for fan made mods related to 2 Nintendo titles mysteriously disappear from the nomination list. He shits in Konami and rightly so, but says nothing regarding Nintendo because he wants to keep sweet with them. Selective favoritism is what the show is al...
Except it has fully fleshed out SP mode. So why does the single player campaign need to be online then? I could care less if it is mainly online. Even cod and bf doesn't need to be constantly connected to play its single player campaigns regardless if you play them or not.
No but IGN, Gamespot and Eurogamer give massive ad space for favorable reviews. You want snobby quality journalism go read Edge or something. Also there can never be enough F-bombs given to Konami.
