I did it on NG++ starting with a level 150 (now lvl165) and it was great.
Had to co-op all the bosses though as just too tough at NG++ damage and health levels for me. Still can't beat Laurence.
It's not short. 5 new bosses 4 large levels, tons of new weapons and attire plus some extras I won't spoil. Really essential for any BB fan.

Does anyone know when PS NOW might release in Australia? It won't work on a US account outside of the US as far as I can tell.
I would love if they put a Bloodborne style agility class in where you could swap your shield for the dodge/dash.
Would make for some interesting PvP too. Shield vs dash.
Scratch that. Just realised it has been released at a very reasonable price. Might pick this up again sooner rather than later.
The DLC is awesome. So hard though, much tougher than the base game. At least 3 of the bosses are tougher than Ebrietas, just to give you an idea. I'm playing on NG++ and its too hard to solo. May have to start a new game myself to make it manageable.
Good. It was a great game, I really enjoyed it. You can't please everyone I guess. Tara on Rev3(YouTube) did a good review.
Will pick it up on PS4 for another play if I see it cheap (already paid full price once on ps3, not going to do it again).
Beast mode looks awesome but the boss you must defeat to unlock it is insane. I just can't beat it even with a helper. Just keeps one hit killing me in its second phase(sometimes first). Am playing on NG++ though I guess.

Wait until you get past the research lab. The next level is one of the most atmospheric in the game and has my new favourite enemy in the entire game (hint: it can one hit kill you with ease in a very distinctive way, you will know it when you see it).
Indeed. Probably the only thing that could get me away from Fallout was more Bloodborne.
Wow. You wife sounds pretty hardcore. Bloodborne is a tough game.
You are in for a great. The expansion has some of the best weapons in the game and one particularly awesome atmospheric area (the 3rd area).

Got to love the Old hunter top hat. I am also rocking that bad boy alone with my Gothic chainsaw. The Whirligig is just too satisfying to pass up.
Bloodborne wins. All good choices though.
Couldn't really get into Driveclub, but I'm not much of a racing game fan.
I played so much Motorstorm when it first released though. That was a great game.
Ludwig, Orphan, and Laurence are insanely tough at NG+ or higher.
I am still finding Laurence impossible after days of trying.
