Hmm...forgot that one. I did play it and was really enjoying the atmosphere but got stuck on a puzzle and then go side tracked on other games. Will have to get back to it though.
Also, a bit sad that all of these games are Japanese developers. Not that there's anything wrong with Japanese games, I love them, but it would be nice to see at least one western developer make something that isn't a shooter or Assassins Creed(yes I'm exaggerating).
Alien Isolation, The Evil Within, and Until Dawn are the best horror games I have played this gen. Would love a sequel to any of those.
They need to make another pure Marvel superheroes fighter. DC has injustice, What does Marvel have(vs street fighter doesn't count)?
I loved X-men mutant academy and mutant academy 2 back on ps1. An updated next gen version of that would rock.
You are in for a real treat. Was the best exclusive on vita.
I think they were talking about leaderboards etc. Regardless it doesn't matter much. Nobody plays TR for multiplayer.
Indeed. This and Scalebound are my two most anticipated exclusives on X1. They really need to show some gameplay though.
Few good ones in there but a bit meh really.
I can already see that Q4 2016 is going to be ridiculously over pack with too many great games while there is only a slow trickle for the other 3/4 of the year.
I like Tomb Raider and Uncharted. They're my type of game.
The major advantage Uncharted has is good writing, an interesting story, and likeable characters.
The main advantage of Tomb Raider is an iconic character in Lara Croft. I'm a little worried she will continue to lose her sense of fun though due to the PC police?
Yep, the start is one of the best parts of the game.
Not sure on the price but I'm guessing it will be WAY overpriced in Australia. I will be waiting to see how it pans out anyway. Early adoption of new consoles has not worked out well for me in the past with the high price and inevitable pre launch game drought.
A proper, next gen only DD2 would be great. Loved the original.
Great customisation, enemies, and combat.
-Despite the game coming out years later the graphics are basically the same as the definitive edition, not a significant step up.
-The weapons are ALL the same.
-Lara no longer takes damage, scars, or has clothing which degrades as the game goes on.
-The story arc is basically a cut and paste of the first game.
-There is less sense of mystery.
-The setting is nearly all snow and there is less variety in environments despite the first game being set on ...
I agree with the score. It's a great game but definitely overrated by most media. Perhaps square put the money from MS to good use in paying off a bunch of sites for inflated scores?
Again, a great game but not as good as the 2013 reboot and a bit of a disappointment for me as I loved the reboot.
Regression to the mean perhaps.
Here's a novel idea, how about they try just being honest?
If they can't do they perhaps just say nothing.
@Kiwi66 I was thinking more like maybe the original 'iconic' shorts outfit.
Doesn't matter what you say you will always get disagrees from someone with nothing better to do.
Yeah, the outfits are no good in this game. Wish they would lighten up a bit and give some fun unlockable costumes.
Yep the swimming, grapple rope, and stealth were cool additions. I hope the next one has proper diving like TR Underworld did. That was cool.
I heard Steins Gate is very good? Is that not a visual novel?
