Well now we'll know if the game is 2 disks or under on 360 they scaled the ps3 version back to meet the 360 one.
Hes knows if people judge on size/content Resistance 2 will kick the crap out of Gears2. We all know that come November (especially in the press) it will be all about Gears2 vs Res2.
Just looking at the scale of the game I've seen so far for res2 - this guy Knows Res2 will be loaded with much more content and much larger environments (2 campaigns and full fledged separate 60 player multiplayer component - hello blu-ray 50GB).

I was thinking of Uncharted: I know the game is great, looks great and is fun to play, But it does suffer from V-Sync and framerate issues that could have been cleaned up with more time.
I think MS didn't go with HD-DVD because it would only serve to hinder their plan to eventually offer everything via download only. They wanted developers being used to developing with high compression and limiting the size of games so they would be more ready to make the transition to download-only. They figured using DVD would force 3rd parties to develop to lowest common denominator - but not everyone is doing this apperently.
They force high royalties on multi-disk games for their system, because they are very scared of the real possibility of being the 'disk swap' system - giving the PS3 a tremendous competitive advantage.
They want to hold this generation back for their own personal gain.

Nickling and diming players so that People who are rich in real life get an advantage over the normal players - is an MMO no one wants to play lets face it. God if i want to lose myself in another world, Its not going to be one where people who are well off in real life translates directly into the game. All these games are competitive in one form or another and the playing field has to be level. Rich people have enough perks in real life.
It's all about profits and appeasing rich shareholders to them - all about the money. They are actively trying to buy/bribe new assets to the company instead of creating them themselves.

I'm certain this game is from Sony Cambridge from SCEE, They're the guys who did Primal and Ghosthunter and medieval before that(both good looking games for last gen btw). Well when a game is a ways from being finished - and the graphics are usually 'touched up' late in the development. Its almost unfair to make them have to display a very incomplete game full of frame rate/AI Glitches, when its a far cry from what will be released. Does anyone ever stop and think that the more ram you have the longer it takes to fill it up and load up??
They made these consoles with intent on streaming off the disk during gameplay, not refilling the ram all the time at certain points (which is sadly what most developers still rely on)
