I feel some of your numbers there are way off - however, the analysts are predicting it will sell more consoles than Sony. The thing is, people don’t buy a new console with every new game.
The majority of people who own one now will be the ones buying those games. So the number of consoles sold isn’t really Directly related to how many copyies you think each game will sell.
Those who want Pokemon, which hasn’t got a date yet, will have a switch as they wi...
Out of curiosity, what games does Nintendo have coming next year? As in confirmed? Without a massive system seller, I can’t see it selling that many units. Unless they are presuming Nintendo is bringing out a more powerful switch and people will instantly jump on it and buy another one?
Google translates it into "The fight of destiny begins". I imagine it's going to be a new Romance of the three kingdoms, SW 5, or a new DW spin-off in another Manga franchise as they said they were looking to expand into new franchises with their Musou style.
Yeah, I'll be picking up The Last Remnant as well - if we don't get a copy to review. I like these remasters as they're nice meaty JRPGs done right with the focus on the story and content over fluff.
I know footage of The Last Remnant looks a bit choppy in places but so did Star Ocean. It's just a shame that it wasn't a tri-Ace game as they seem to have gone all-out in remastering their engine with the various PC settings on the PS4.
True. I know MS said if anyone wants to use it then they are free to do so, but I imagine it’s not that easy from a business perspective. Sony and Nintendo will most likely have to pay something or open their API a little to allow in the foreign device - a device you can fully re-program on PC out of their control. Technically, someone could take advantage of that and find a backdoor into their systems though - so I don’t see it happening.
The device Vince used basically i...
Title and description are a bit misleading. Basically, Vince uses the Magic NS dongle - which is an unofficial device which allows any USB device to work on the switch as if it's a pro controller. As such, literally anything which is plugged into it will work just fine.
the description makes it sound like he4's just took it out of the box and it instantly works.
True, It's like when I saw some Red Dead reviews come out with real criticisms and pointing out the poor controls and boring storyline in the beginning - people were jumping on those reviews and dismissing them as 'click bait' just because they tried to view the game in an unbiased way.
Not played enough to have a full opinion yet but I’ve also had fun in the game so far. A lot of publications join the bandwagons such as the praise without pointing out faults in games like Red Dead and Zelda, or the hate bandwagon for games like this.
Sure, it’s not a technical upgrade over fallout 4 but it’s a MP fallout in a short turn around to keep people busy until the next big game.
If his account is now fully active and he didn't actually change it yet - based on his message on reddit, then why can't psnprofiles find that account? Was the whole thing made up to get him his 15 mins od online 'fame'?
All those 'people' in here trying to claim Sony has nothing to show or talk about - you're all full of crap Xbox fanboys. You do realise that every single E3 conference has about 90% of it's 'surprises' leaked before the event, thus ruining the impact and what they have planned.
Should PlayStation have their own even and reveal next year, which looks likely, then 100% of that information will be a tightly kept secret right up until they announce it o...
They said this is a big patch and other ones will be small - by the sounds if it. this is redownloading it all but it's been changed to an easily patchable version instead. We saw that with KCD - that game required massive patches because of the file structure. If they have just readjusted it then that's a good thing going forward.
It's on their official page if you click the link above - 30fp and 720p handheld - 30pfs and 900p on the TV. PS4 is 1080p at 60fps with the PS4 Pro used to make the VR clearer via a Supersampled VR image.
Also, you can do remote play on the Vita, with is a downsampled 720p or 1080p image (based on what your PS4 is) if you really want to play a game like this on the bus.
I have nothing against the game, I have the previous version with VR which I got ...
Yeah, but my comment was about all the people in here moaning and saying they are going to buy it on Switch now just because they can't make the boobs move a little more. It's stupid - the actual game (the thing you're supposed to be buying a product for) is identical. Well, it's actually more enhanced on the PS4 as you have the VR mode with it.
that's what I was getting at. People claiming they will refuse to buy it because they can't be a little m...
Well, based on the game, the physics and the visuals, I would imagine it is going to be 720p on the handheld mode and most likely a max of 900p on the docked mode to keep the framerate consistent. The point I was getting across was if you want boobs that wobble a little bit more then pick up the least advanced version.
PS4 owners are getting the VR mode for free by the sounds of it - that's much better than a lotion that makes them bounce more...
The fact it changes nothing at all with the gameplay though - who cares? It's like when I reported on Aksys changing one image to meet the demands of the ESRB, that got blown way out of proportion.
So, people who are moaning will buy it on the switch and get a 720p version with a lotion that makes the boobs wobble a little more and have the 4d rumble option (which is obviously Switch only). But PS4 owners get the game in 1080p (probably higher on the Pro) and the full VR mode included which lets you get right up close into the boobs but the boobs will just wobble at the default wobble-ness.
Why are the pervs moaning again? just because they don't have the extra wo...
I've not had this issue - I got froze when accessing the terminal about 3 hours into the game but visually it's been fine.
@imgumbydammit - the OP said ‘user base’ - there are more than 5m PS4’s out there being used by more than one person in the household.
The actual user base is probably over 100m easily, if Sony decided to report on number of people with an account like they do.
Ah okay - I thought it was a whole open world destruct-a-thon? Since posting my message, I realised there is also a co-op in the game (which has gone from 4 to 2 players - I think that's the part I may have been thinking about, but that mode doesn't have destructible buildings in it.
They’ll be fine. No question about that. The question was what IP will draw in more unique new consumers to buy their console in 2019 than the PS4? It just seems like a wild guess that I can’t really see happening unless Sony announce the ps5 and people decide to hold back until that releases.
