Actually, Tomb Raider was on three platforms, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC, and it still got "one hit killed" by U4 ;)
Im sure Tomb Raider will be fine when the PS4 version arrieves though.
This is great news, and it goes to show that you can release games in the spring/summer and still be very successful. Congrats ND and Sony!

Neither of us know the development cost of either series, so this is just pointless speculation. I leave it at that.
Come on, not every game needs to sell 10 million, Driveclub did fine considering it was a new franchise and not a sequal to a game within a series. Take the first Forza for example, it sold just above 1 million, and then the next one sold four times that amount.
I'm kind of pissed off that Sony got rid of Evolution Studios (who made a great job with Driveclub) and at the same time they give Polyphony all the time in the world, they could have used the Driveclub team to speed up the development time for GT Sport and ad more cars etc, instead they closed a studio with lots of talent. Sony, you better make it worth our while and not release a half assed Gran Turismo Sport.

I'm not overly impressed to be honest, I feared VR would hold graphics back and looks like that is the case. Makes me worried about Ace Combat 7.
