Microsoft should just stick to PC, and let's face it, PC users will not pay for XBL so they need to keep it free and go full third party at this point (witch they almost already does).
If they had continued the way they did with the original xbox and half of the life of the 360, I would still be a consumer of their products. Oh well...
No, Sega was awesome back in the day, they took a lot of risk with unique games and hardware. Sure, everything was not a hit, but they went out with one of the best and sadly most overlooked consoles ever created, the Dreamcast.
What a legend, time flies.
To me they look destinctly different, I would not have a hard time to spot the difference when it comes to the artstyle of the characters, maybe it would be more difficult with the environments but you can't patent realistic environments. I loved Horizon, but I simply don't agree that this is plagiarism.
I'm of the opinion that this is not plagiarism, the game takes heavy inspiration but still has it's own style, more like the japanese manga/anime style. And I can't imagine that Sony has a monopoly on a ruined Earth setting with robot dinosaurs, but that's just my humble opinion. We will see.
It looks cool, kind of ironic though considering that the port of Pacman for Atari 2600 is notoriously bad.
Halo campaign is old in terms of graphics, but the story, music and atmosphere of the first game, and the gameplay still holds up great even today. If they can polish this game it's a great classic with a new coat of paint, well worth it for new players and for someone like me (played the original games on Xbox /Xbox 360), I have been looking for a reason to return to Halo and this is it.
Im sure most 360 consoles have red ringed at this point. ;-)
Wow, thats a long run on the same company, good luck to you sir!
Virtue signalling at it's finest.
Exactly, while I love the orginal game (origins) they would have censured the hell out of it and replaced it with wokeness.
Me: Why is the text on the back of the screen?
AI:
AI would probably do a better job than Phil Spencer, raplace him why don't you!
Imagine working on something for 7 years only to have it turn into dust.
Worse thing is that they will sit on all those amazing IP, locked away for who knows how long. Sigh...
You joking about peoples livelihood is bad taste to say the least, but hey, it's the internet.
Imagine if this was Nintendo.
PC is looking better by the day with Switch prices and now this.
Well that sucks!
