100% agree with everything you said.
The only other Tales game I've played besides Xillia is Graces F which I absolutely loved, it had the deep dualizer system, shard system, titles system, battle system, etc. This one felt lacking in comparison, and other than trading in mats at shops and the linked artes system the game was rather shallow. I still loved it, but Graces F is my favorite at this point.
Xillia 2 is supposed to be far and above better so can't wait for it, and also Symphonia Chronicles. ...
I'll get one when I can nab a deluxe for $199, but even then it will always be my "second" console. I'd never consider it a primary console, so in my eyes it is seriously a companion console.
To bad the Xbox One fantasy football is just for nfl.com fantasy football. Basically alienating the majority of fantasy football leagues. But yeah, cool feature. /s
So Microsoft is happy to charge customers an additional $100 for an advertising tool that benefits them? Seems to me if they stand to make tons of advertising money off the device then why not use those funds to supplement the device and give it away?
In terms of the 1 week difference here in the US, the only thing I think it does for Sony is give them just under 2 weeks for a second shipment to come in for black Friday. Whereas there is very little chance Microsoft can get a second shipment to stores in 5 days.
That said, black Friday isn't the last date to shop before Christmas, and really black Friday is more about deals than it is about getting hot new tech at full retail price, so not sure how much it matters.
Amazing how much better IGN shows are when Greg Miller isn't involved.
It is very interesting that games like Ryse and Crimson Dragoon which were Kinect only games on a system that didn't have a 100% Kinect installed base are now not Kinect games on a system that has a 100% installed base. I think this alone invalidates any argument that because Kinect is available with every system devs will take better advantage of it.
@Volkama: The reason the flip a switch comment is cited is because it shows this guy has zero credibility especially to make the comments he makes. He is making comments like he is a top level exec yet he wasn't privy enough to know of the drastic drm policy change occurring only days later.
lol came to post this same quote, everytime I see a headline about this douche bag it's the first thing I think of and know that everything he says is complete bullsh-t.
September 19th, the last big show before we get the PS4 in hand, good times, can't wait.
I would have to think that if Microsoft had a date that beat Sony's they would be pounding their chest and screaming the date long before now.
I think they are trying to figure out how they can get them in to the store just in time to make black Friday or their promised release month of November.
These 10 things aren't as drastic as the article title would have you believe. However I do agree with most of them as they would address minor annoyances with the game.
Good call, I plan on doing Millas story this weekend so that could definitely change my perspective on the ending. I just know after finishing Judes playthrough it felt.. empty. Even with my complaints above though still really enjoyed the game and looking forward to the Milla playthrough.
You must have missed the story which is why my post went over your head.
"Nintendo not accepting Japanese applications for Wii U indie development"

As long as they aren't Japanese indies. Damn Nintendo and their conditional love.
Loving the game so far.
Ughh Greg Miller..
Samsung was rumored to have the most interest in taking the brand over when Microsoft was first toying with the idea, so it could be entirely possible.
Wii U == Jaguar, truthfact thanks Atari.
